This hotel was extremely nice and clean. Everyone at the hotel was extremely nice. Michael who prepares the free morning breakfast was amazing and so accommodating.. Ray at the front desk helped me mail a postcard to my granddaughter by going to the post office herself. The rooms are really nice. The sauna and pool was nice. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance. We was there without a vehicle because the fiends we rode with went to visit relatives all day. Michael and front desk help us to navigate door dash to deliver us food. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel. They also have a nice outdoor area where you can sit and it also have a BBQ grill if you want to cook. I loved the 2 day stay and the complimentary breakfast has a real nice selection for you…

This hotel had a friendly staff, and comfortable beds, but it had inaccurate descriptions of their rooms. We are Hilton honors members so Hampton Inn's are what we frequently choose to stay in, and this had the smallest room we've ever seen, not to mention the wrong description of the pull out couch. The couch was described as a full couch, but it was a twin. This made it very uncomfortable for our family of 4. If you are a family of 2, you will be fine, or if you get 2 queen beds, that is fine, but don't plan on bringing a family and getting the couch room or you will be walking all over each other. The breakfast was good, staff was very friendly, it is right off the highway, so there were definitely positives, just be prepared for smaller than normal rooms.

Great from the moment we checked in! Staff is incredible, rooms were great, the best breakfast at a hotel! 100% satisfied. I have stayed at other Hampton Inns’s and this experience exceeded all others I have stayed at. I highly recommend staying at this location!

We were very pleased with our stay. Phyllis at eh front desk was super helpful. She got some snacks for our kids and gave us restaurant recommendations. Our room was clean, the pool was nice, and breakfast was good. We’d absolutely stay her again.

The night person at the desk was a gem - smiling (at 11pm!), friendly, and helpful with all of our questions. We stayed here before we visited Biltmore Estate the next morning and are not sorry at all. Clean room, great breakfast, helpful staff. Highly recommend!

One of our favorite places to stay. The pool and hot tub are a very nice enticement to come back to. The room was VERY nicely prepared. The breakfast, scrambled eggs and sausage patties, was hot and delightful.

Location: This hotel is just off I-40 on the north side of the interstate. However, it is standalone - by itself - most Hampton Inns have a food joint close by - a Waffle House, a McDonalds, a Cracker Barrel or suchlike, but this one has nothing. So anyone expecting to check-in and grab a bite somewhere would have to get on the road again even if for a couple miles. To their credit, they put out fruit and cookies even in the evening (most Hampton inns don't have an evening snack) and had coffee and hot cocoa available too. Newspapers: USA Today was available. Layout: The hotel has a friendly layout, the breakfast area is right past the check-in desk and one of the entrances leads to the elevators. Rooms: Rooms are standard Hampton. Pillows: Pillows are awful. Breakfast: Breakfast has waffles, in addition to all the other standard items. Quality was standard, though the omelette is hard to eat.…

I asked to be moved to another room and they front desk said it was a common problem in every room due to the is seasonal bug. No apologies at all! I checked out The next day and I did not sleep at all with tissues stuffed in my nose and ears. Ugh! I went to the holiday inn express across the road and there were NO bugs there! Handled poorly and if you like bugs stay here !!

This is a very nice Hampton Inn. The rooms were updated and very clean; the hotel was very quiet; the public areas were decorated for fall, which added a nice touch; enjoyed the complimentary hot continental breakfast; the staff was very friendly. Easy access off of Interstate 40. The Blue Ridge Parkway is about 20 miles away. Short drive to some good area restaurants. While there was some exterior renovation work on going during the daytime, it did not impact our stay at all.
