I was impressed. Did pre check in for the first time. I had a welcome packet in my room. Pillows could have been a little more comfortable. They were all feather and unlike mine a little firmer. Breakfast was good but it was VERY hot in the breakfast area.

We were completely satisfied with the hotel staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The complementary breakfast was very satisfying and good. Delarena was excellent & very pleasant to talk to. She made our stay very enjoyable! Also, Ron & the manager, Gary Curry, who went out of their way to make our visit very enjoyable!! Thank you all!!

I found it to be a normal Hampton Inn about a mile out of the downtown area of New Bern. We were in a King, room #210, which was clean and comfortable. Second time staying here. Very friendly staff great people. Only gave a three because cleanliness of the room. Dust covered the ceiling where the air conditioner blew and there was two large stains on the couch cushions. They did give 3,000 extra points but still a little disappointed that the smaller stuff gets ignored and does make me question what...

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. The staff is always courteous and accommodating. We especially enjoy the complimentary breakfast with our hostess Delarena. She not only keeps the entire area squeaky clean but is friendly and helpful beyond words. We always look forward to having breakfast with her.

We booked last minute for an overnight stay, the room was large, clean and had everything you would need for a short stay. Hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly including check in, departure and the breakfast staff. The breakfast was very good. Pool looked nice but didn't actually swim.. Definitely would stay here again.

Cheryl, the front desk clerk was so helpful, friendly and kind. She even called room when we checked in to be sure everything was up to par. Clean, comfortable room, great breakfast. Would recommend staying here for sure! Great location.
