continental breakfast was a joke, unless you think a banana, oatmeal and stale muffins are a continental breakfast. . Hallways carpets were stained with trash on the floors. Room itself the bed was like concrete and the carpets were badly stained
We were disappointed with this hotel. I think it could use some real updates and cleaning throughout the property. The hotel doesn't look as nice as the pictures shown, and you can easily spot damages like in the elevator, the gazebo roof has a hole, the carpets are dirty, the bedsheet has stain on it, bathroom caulking is discolored and peeling off, etc. Upon checking out, my credit card company notified me and blocked a fraudulent charge by the hotel. I inquired with the front desk staff, who assured me that there was no such charge. Not exactly sure what happened. It is an OK stay, things still work and you can enjoy a restful night for the most part, but I expected more from a La Quinta.
Had a great stay at this pet friendly property with my bird. Friendly staff, clean room, and easy check in/out experience. I didn’t partake of the breakfast, but it looked good and smelled great. Highly recommend this property, especially when traveling with a pet.
The bathroom was not cleaned hair in the tub and roaches in there also. There was an mildew smell of the room and spots on carpet most definitely will not recommend this location. Overall my daughter and my grandkids all got sick from the hotel by a coutinsley sneezing where they had to go get benadryl. Not sure what caused that. We had reserved 3 rooms
Avoid this hotel if at all possible. We stayed here for a tournament (stay to play). The downside: the facility is dirty and in need of repair. It needs to be bombed for roaches. My room was filthy at check-in, think grape stems in the sheets, nail clippings in the sheets, hairs all over the bathroom. My room was like many others in our group, dirty sheets on check-in -stains that shouldn't be there, bugs . My room had a broken lamp, and the fridge froze all the food bought. No one came even to empty the garbage in the room. The hall is littered with crumbs. The fitness room is small and has no wipes to wipe down, so bring your own and no towels. It smells like mold. Many of the rooms smell like mold. On the positive side: The staff is a group of lovely, helpful, kind, professional people and I cannot say enough good things about them. I am sure they do not get paid enough to work here with the volume of complaints they get.…
