It's advertised as a suite but the layout was essentially of a large and spacious king bedroom. It had a king bed, a couch and a sofa/bed. We decided to stay here for the attraction of the sofa bed as the reservation agent told us that they don't have sofa beds in regular king bedrooms, which I find hard to...

Stayed one night after viewing a musical at Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts. Hotel is conveniently located to the Center and numerous dining venues. Once you park your car, you won't need it again. Hotel lobby is very nice & clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only things that would improve...

Recently stayed at the Marriott on a weeknight for business the following day downtown. I had stayed at this property before and would consider it to be "average." However, location wise it was best suited for where I needed to be, so I booked the property again. When I arrived at the hotel, they notified me that the hotel was...

I am a loyal Marriott customer but must comment on an exceptional experience at this property. I was in town on business with colleagues and from the booking of the rooms to the experience at the hotel you guys knock it out of the park. Additionally I was in need of a quick meeting space the staff was there to...

Friends and I stayed here for the Rock and Rock Marathon - great hotel, super location - convenient to walk to many different restaurants, the convention center and downtown. I enjoyed the service and really couldn't have asked for a better location for the race! Highly recommend!

The hotel is essentially connected to the convention center. The location is great for many locations downtown and is easily accessible to many boutique shops and restaurants. There is a Starbucks in the hotel, and there is a long line at all hours of the day. The hotel is relatively new, and the amenities are good. The front desk staff...

Have stayed here several times for corporate travel and will return. Excellent location, close to plenty of restaurants. Always get a good night's sleep here, and very good wifi service in the rooms. Always appreciate a Starbucks in-house downstairs. Solid exercise facility. Look out for the valet parking though at $30/night.

My friends and I were just hanging out while a roach was slowing walking across the hall from the front door to the bathroom. It was huge but walking so slowly that i kicked it in the bathroom and trapped it between the wall and a towel. I called the receptionist, name Jasmine and she starts to explain that it...

Full disclosure: I am a Marriott Premium member This hotel is located in the "mall area" between the capital and a performing arts center and is attached to the convention center. It is not particularly easy to get to, but it was well worth the effort to set up here for the week's worth of work in Raleigh. People: Stephen...

I liked the hotel for comfort. I was there for a conference. The room is large and updated. However, I had a time getting the internet to work initially. The hotel had to connect me to tech support before I could get online. I also asked for a frig for my room which was promptly delivered but no matter what...
