Everything went great with my recent stay here in Wake Forest. Front desk was more than helpful on the phone with an early check in and was able to help point us in the direction of a wonderful restaurant. Waking up with tea and a hot breakfast was extra special and the cleaning lady was more than respectful of our...

This place rocks! From the time I walked in, I smelled a light floral scented disinfectant. It wasn't just the old spray the front door trick either. The lobby and every floor had the same sanitary smell. The entire hotel was spotless, smoke free, and quiet. Crystal at the front desk is the living embodiment of exemplary customer service. She...

Upon arrival, the woman working at the front desk was very warm and hospitable, especially for how late it was, she was sure to let me know of all the amenities and even food options around the area. The room itself was comfy. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had while traveling. Normally, you'll get just packets...

The location of this hotel is in a relatively quiet setting. The service and accommodation were exceptional. But a couple of things stand out. Along with being pet friendly (which we appreciate), in the evening they had a sampling from a local eatery. Breakfast made an impression on me. We travel quite a bit and have dined on a very...

We stayed here while visiting family for Christmas. First I'll give you the pros.......clean rooms, complimentary breakfast.....cereal, pastries, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, fruit and pancakes and coffee. The beds are the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, in fact I meant to look at what brand it was so I can eventually buy one for myself. Front desk staff...

Love Holiday inn express. Great breakfast bar, as usual, but they had a wonderful selection of different liquid creamers and sugars to chose from. Nice location. Close to shopping and eating. Not far from city center. Pillow was wonderfully comfortable.

My family and I were in town for the CASL tourney. Other teams members stayed elsewhere and I heard nothing but complaints about their hotels. Kristina couldn't have been any more helpful during our check in concerning room arrangements, locals restaurants, etc. the breakfast hostess was helpful and pleasant. Another front desk person Crystal helped with a billing error that...

Just far enough north of Raleigh, in Wake Forest, to get away from the hustle-bussle but close enough to be convenient. A few miles down Capital Blvd you're at the Beltline. Nice friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, at a great price. The breakfast is really good. They have hot food and continental style selections. Ample selections for any appetite...
