Accommodations were very nice, property clean, rooms were very clean, close to several restaurants & shopping. Pretty close to downtown, just a short drive. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast as OK.

This hotel needs some serious upgrades. Stayed here 2 nights for meetings and would have rather slept in my car!! The chair in the room had some unknown stains on them?!? While checking in. Apparently they had some issues with their computer system and we all just stood their endlessly until the front desk resolved the issue with whoever they... More

The air conditioning was so loud every time it clicked on that it kept me up all night! It didn't work very well either as it was never really a comfortable temperature. The hotel itself, especially the rooms, seemed rather dingy - needs updating.

The rooms are very clean. This hotel is less than 10 minutes from downtown, it is close to a lot of stores and restaurants. I would stay here again it is much less expensive than staying downtown but it very close. I would stay here again

I was expecting more because of the price and I've stayed at Hampton in before. Last time I was in Raleigh I stayed at LaQuinta and thought it was ok so I thought I'd upgrade but it was not an upgrade and it was 22 bucks more per night.

Stayed here while driving through the Carolinas on the way to Charleston from DC, and the location and price were right. The lobby appears to have been recently renovated, and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were a little older, though clean and well-kept for the most part. Bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious.... More

Great service but the hotel is very old and has an odor as if it has been wet at some point. Needs to be updated and cleaned. The staff was great as we arrived very late and left early. The water was brown when first turned on.

I stay and Hampton Inn and Hilton properties 60-80 days out of the year and must say must or all the locations in the Raleigh area are filthy and run down. The room for this stay has some kind of hole in one of the walls, the floors are sticky and have debris left behind. There is dust on everything... More

The breakfast is lovely and the room is clean, but it was near impossible to reach the front desk by phone. We called to request wake up and later to report repeated slamming doors on our hallway between 4-6am and we never reached anyone. We had to go down to the lobby and walk around to find an employee of... More
