I stayed at Woodstock with my girlfriend this weekend and found it to be the perfect respite from our busy London lives. Our hosts were always on hand to help us out with useful advice and were very welcoming. The room was very generous in size and was well maintained. It was slightly out of the town centre, but not...

We stayed in the pent house - amazing room at a lovely B and B. Stunning views over Croyde bay with huge windows in the bedroom and lounge that you can open wide. Really comfortable bed and brilliant hot shower. Barbara cooks a delicious breakfast - the best B and B breakfast we have had! Homemade granola, fresh fruit and...

A lovely family run B&B. Quite location with fantastic views of Croyde Bay. The space is light and airy. Great meals. Visited as part of a reboot bootcamp weekend run by Bay Fitness. Its was great to be able to use the hydrotherapy hot tub after a day working out and learning to surf. Would thoroughly recommend Woodstock and plan...

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in the Penthouse, enjoying the fantastic views and our healthy private breakfast. The room was perfectly clean and full of home comforts (although the WiFi was a bit flakey all the way upstairs!). Barbara was full of good advice on walks and places to visit. If you get chance to try her son's...

Our hosts Barbara and Brian could not have provided more friendly and excellent service and accomodation. A collection of our family, inc a one year old, stayed here for three or four days instead of us camping. However they were more than accomodating for our other family members, who were camping nearby, to share our TV/kitchenette for get togethers, to...

Barbara and Brian were perfect hosts during my recent stay at Woodstock; they made it feel just like a ‘home away from home’ experience making sure all my needs were taken care of. My twin room (which I had to myself) was bright and comfortable, the breakfasts fresh and tasty, and all beach locations within an easy walking distance. I...

We stayed in the penthouse suite for August bank holiday weekend. The penthouse comprises two rooms, one lockable double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and large window seat, from which the double windows open out over a view of Croyde Bay and Baggy Point in the distance. Over the staircase and you are in the lounge where breakfast is laid out...

We really enjoyed our stay here. Barbara and Brian were great hosts and very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The rooms very clean and confortable and the breakfasts were very good. I doubt you will find a better B&B anywhere in the country so my only tip would be to book early as good places...

Had a penthouse suite on the top floor with the beautiful Croyde Bay as our vista through the large gable windows. Every morning we had a choice of 2 breakfasts, and even dietry requirements were met when Barbara bought black pudding just for me! (i.e. first class service throughout our stay.) Great location with a 5 min walk to the...

What is more to say than that Barbara and Brian is extra ordinary hosts. More helpful people is hard to find. They will ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. On top of that; Very clean rooms, fantastic seaview and a five star breakfast! There was tea and coffee facilities in the room we had (seaview twin) wich...
