First impressions are everything and we received a less than welcoming reception at Eden Gateway. Our original group booking made in July for 4 caravan sites was changed and the new booking found us scattered across the park with little to no apology. In fact staff appeared inconvenienced by our disappointment. Most interactions with staff were not pleasant and I...

We stayed for two nights to break a journey from Sydney to Melbourne. We booked a two- bedroom cabin as we travelled with two small children and the grandmother. The cabin was quite compact and looked dated but had everything you need for an enjoyable break. Our three-year old loved the playground, the pool (not heated) and the jumping pillow....

We had planned on, and booked, a four night stay at an unpowered camp site at Eden Gateway. We only stayed for one. We found the reception staff to be quite rude, the site to be disorganised (no one knew where one pitch started and the next began, as a result there were far more tents than there were pitches)...

We booked a cabin / room for one night. It was clean. Everything worked well. Getting in after hours was smooth. We cannot fault this place. It deserves a good rating. It was well located, comfortable and quiet.

We booked and stayed for 10 nights on a powered site. We had organised to meet with 3 other couples for the duration. On 4 different occasions office staff were asked about one couple of the group and if they had booked. On each of these occasions, we and the other 3 couples along with the couple that had booked...

I stayed in a budget cabin for few days. It was very clean. Yes, it was certainly budget but the surprise was the provision of toiletries (something I didn't expect. Generally, toiletries are toiletries but these included individual tooth brushes - something you would generally find in a 5-6 star hotel. It was certainly a surprise. The budget cabin was...

Great park, very easy to find. Friendly and helpfull staff. Free internet. Nice to see the wild kangaroos on the lawns. Good size sites, good ammenities., Nice relaxing place and very cost effective. Short distance to town centre. Local fresh fish van comes to the park most days I believe.

We booked last minute, and our key was waiting our arrival (which was after office hours). Our park cabin was clean and cosy, with loads of space! The bed was super comfy, and we made good use of the kitchen facilities in the morning, before heading on our way. Reception staff were very cheerful in the morning. Had never stayed...

Stayed in an ensuite powered site. It was perfect. Backs onto a large grass area so great for kids to run about. Blue birds sang from dawn till dusk. Close to town. Jumping pillow, pool and pedal carts were a hit for the kids. It's a great park if you bring your own bikes for the children. We loved it...
