What a beautiful place, lots of character and magnificent views. The owners only use 3 of the 5 rooms, this allows them to give the traveller the personal touch. The room were all different with furnishings to match the period of this 19th century former coaching inn. Tea and coffee available for guests when desired. Bed [4poster] very comfortable and...

The Crown & Anchor is a former inn, now most definitely a B&B with a touch of the country museum about it. The window room was spacious with a great view over the bay. Breakfast in the modern extension was very good.

The Crown & Anchor is the oldest house in Eden and its rooms have been beautifully and imaginatively restored to their Victorian character as a unique B&B. Delicious breakfast in large modern dining area adjoining large deck with lovely view across the bay. If you like to stay in a special historic and characterful B&B it's a real treat to...

we really enjoyed our stay at the crown and anchor. the room was quiet, the bed comfortable-although the rooms are on the small side for an older style house. it has an amazing views and an even better breakfast. the inn has been restored to its former glory, and is a welcoming retreat.

We stayed at the Crown and Anchor Inn In Eden NSW from New Zealand. We knew there was a long drive on our planned journey from Melbourne to Sydney and so an overnight stay mid-way in that journey seemed like a good idea; we were delighted to find such a gorgeous place awaiting us. This beautifully restored 160 year old...

Really interesting, slightly quirky, comfortable and homey yet smart B&B, with probably the best breakfast we had on our month-long stay in Australia. All rooms are individual with many original fittings, especially in the bathroom, which looked Victorian but provided a 21st century service. Lindsay was a great host.

Stayed here for one night on our way south to Melbourne for Easter. Had not booked ahead but called a few hours ahead from the road and Lynne was great booking us in at short notice. The brick room we had was small but this is a legacy of the time the building was built. Walls were so thick that...

It is hard to describe how gorgeous this B and B is! We were very late (held up in traffic) but Lynne was wonderful and very understanding. Our room was so lovely - felt like stepping back in time but with modern luxury. Superbly clean. And breakfast! Wow! Thank you Lynne and Lindsay. Cant wait to return

Stayed for three nights, the building is a gem but we could not enjoyed much because we were touring around the region all day, rooms are small but with character the downside is that windows and door not shut properly we had a windy night and the door rattle, story short could not sleep.

Stayed with friends at this B & B. Totally loved the building and our two rooms. The beds were comfy, the pillows just right and the novetly of finding the bathroom behind the mirror was a treat. There was everything in the bathroom that you could have wanted, in the "Brick" room, even a little mural on the bathroom wall....
