Stayed here for 1 night and it was awful! I rang twice to confirm that the room we were booking for one night had a kitchenette. I asked when I booked the room and then I asked again when I rang to confirm our booking and let reception know our arrival time a few days before the stay, both times...

Stopped just the one night on the way up the coast. Saving money for the Whitsundays and just need a basic room for the night. The unit was clean, tidy and surprisingly not loud, despite being part of a hostel complex.

We stayed here for one night with family from Victoria. We both had the 2 bedroom units. Basic, clean and cheap, all we wanted for our 1 night stay. Close walk to the shops, and the beach a quick walk via a walkway in a beautiful rainforest. A great cheap weekender in beautiful Agnes!!

We stayed in a Two Bedroom apartment over the Christmas Break and loved every minute of it.. Very clean and tidy inside and out. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Great family environment for a much needed escape. We visit Agnes Waters regularly but was our first stay here. Will be staying again, already planning a fishing trip later...

This is the second time I have reviewed this property - I felt I should review again as this stay was not as satisfactory as the first. Firstly, we were disappointed that there were no bulbs in the bedside lamps and 2 of the lights were also missing bulbs. My parents were in the unit next door and they were...

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Location great. Rainforest behind. Easy boardwalk to beach. Unit spacious, but a little tired. Could do with a paint job and some minor maintenance. Tiles needed a good clean. Clock needed battery. Bull ants in shower. TV did not work. An enquiry to reception stated that the manager was not available and to wait till...

We had booked through an online booking service. Staff from Agnes Palms phoned to say that this service had not updated their site and that room was unavailable. The staff member informed us that we could upgrade, which we agreed on. When we arrived, there was no room booking for us. Natalie and Shawn went out of their way to...

Agnes waters is a beautiful place and staying at this place made it so much better. The staff a lovely and helpful. Our apartment was large and very comfortable, it was like a home away from home. Very short walk to the beach was perfect. I have stayed here twice now and will be coming back.

Clean & tidy unit. Prime location for a mature couple, or for younger travellers. For a budget price our double motel unit contained everything we needed. Only minor gripe was WiFi only being available near the office - but it was free.

Thank you for your review, we are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us and we hope you come to visit again!
