We had the most fabulous stay this weekend. Everything was wonderful and the owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The room was lovely and you could not beat the view or the proximity to the beach. We will be regular visitors to the property. An amazing stay.

From the moment we walked through the door of our beach shack (lighthouse) we felt totally relaxed and in holiday mode. How could you not?? The beachy/Bali vibe, the view, the laid back feeling, the stylish yet comfortable furnishings, ambiance to die for. This is bliss!!! So much so we have already booked for next year. Cannot imagine a more...

We loved our 2 days at this excellent huddle of beach houses in the stunning village of Seventeen Seventy. The "shacks" are so much more than the name suggests. Very spacious, really comfortable, every amenity provided for a self catering stay. The location right next to the beach and the views afforded from all the shacks make it a spectacular...

I stayed here for one night with my partner and parents and absolutely loved our stay. Perfect location, across the road from the beach and next to cafes. Beautiful views from our balcony overlooking the sea. The beach shack is beautiful and absolutely made the stay. This accommodation is unique in every way. Will definitely return again and again. Lovely place, beautiful ocean view! Comes with a well equipped kitchen and bbq. A hammock where you can relax after a good walk on the beach is all you need! The owners are friendly, they keep the facilities very clean. You can do your laundry, parking space is provided. It is a bit of a walk up to the highest...

We were met by David who was very friendly after climbing many steps to the reception. He showed us to our shack where all our Balinese style built on the side of the hill. What a great shack. So well appointed, views, clean and comfortable. Large for two couples to stay easily. Thought it was great and was even wished...

What a fantastic place! Brilliant views of the sea and beach from an enormous balcony. Very tastefully done in traditional Balinese style. Lovely spacious apartment with traditional fans and verandah Windows. Polished hardwood floors and a goof outside Barbacue. 10 metres from the beach. Rented a kayak from them and canoed round the beautiful sheltered bay. Also at breakfast we...

Stayed here for 2 nights in the Tree House Bungalow. What an experience!! From the moment we arrived we felt we were visiting with friends. The Beach Shack holiday accomodation certainly measured up to the reviews here on Tripadvisor. We stayed in Shack #3 "Escape". You really feel like you are in a treehouse, with bedrooms that can be closed off with french doors and push out windows, but adjoining living areas that have no windows but wide overhangs and handy pull down sun filtering...

We stayed here a couple of nights in May and fell in love with the place. When we walked in to our room we instantly asked the Manager if we could extend our stay by another night, but sadly they were all booked out. The location is breathtakingly gorgeous, there aren't too many places you can stay on Australia's east...
