We took a large group of senior citizens there for 4 nights and we couldn't have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, the owners went out of their way to attend to our needs. They provided a large BBQ and seating for our group get-togethers and made sure everything was ok. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them....

Booked for 4 nights over the phone sight unseen. Arrived and were we impressed. The staff, the site, the ammenities and the owners! We have now extended for a week and will extend again! The Park is in a great location, easy access to 1770 beaches and no crowds and easy trip into Agnes water. So handy. Has an onsite...

The Captain Cook Holiday Village was excellent! Although there was a bit of a slope on our site, the sites are more than large enough to find a good position for your tent. Toilets/amenities are very clean, and regularly mopped. The laundry offers industrial style washers and dryers ($3 each per cycle and the office is happy to make change...

Stayed here in our motor home there was plenty of space to set ourselves up. It is a nice bush land setting with heaps of trees and bush turkeys running about the place. There is a nice 15 - 20 minute walk to the beach from the park. The amenities are good but close a little early in the mornings...

Just stayed 3 nights in our caravan at this lovely little park. It was peak season and still reasonably spacious and conformable. With total bush surroundings and a beautiful 800m bush walk to the beach it'd hard to beat. The amenities are dated but clean nd all intact. Camp kitchen basic but again all workable and clean. Shop well stocked....

Our family of 5 stayed in a standard cabin for 6 nights during school holidays. The setting is just beautiful. There is a huge range of accomodation, everything from tent spaces to cabins for large families. The cabin is small with almost everything you need. I would have loved to have a little oven included. The amenities were always clean,...

Large and we'll shaded camping grounds. Very friendly owners. 2 ammenities blocks so never had to wait for a shower even during school holidays. Beach access from rear of park. 800mts but you can drive if you have a high clearance vehicle. 4wd not really required as hard packed path clearance is for the numerous water bars. Most people simply...

This Review Relates to the Caravan Sites Only, not the Cabins. It is a Medium sized Park with approximately 75 Pwr sites. The entrance from the road is near a curve/rise so care needs to be exercised on both entry and exit (use the Convex Mirror on Exit). A Boom gate (Keypad) controls access. Sites are level (about half have...

Great spacious sites, doesn't feel like you're on top of your neighbours! The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The pool is small but always clean and very nice. The amenities are basic, but kept clean. Camp kitchen is an outdoor kitchen. Walk to the beach up a walking track, or 4X4 drive almost all the way. All in all...
