Return visit after 3 years for our 40th wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. Attention to detail is apparent and everything is clean. It is difficult to relay the comfort and enjoyment of this property in a review here but I venture to say...More

My Cousins and I stayed in this most beautiful cottage in Moonta during October. The cottage is fitted out with every possible convenience and mainly styled as 1920, this with the exception of the bathrooms. We had the luxury of a 4 poster bed with...More

Our hosts Elaine & Tim have put a great deal of thought into this lovely B & B. The breakfast provisions and chocolates are wonderful. BBQ facilities are also excellent. I would certainly recommend a stay at Amelia's B&B. Pity we were there for work,...More

Hotel description
Amelia's Bed and Breakfast is a beautifully restored cottage originally built circa 1876. With olde world charm and modern conveniences, this cottage is a charming and peaceful place to spend a few days - or even for just 1 night. You will want for nothing - and a relaxing 2 person luxury spa could be just what you need. There are many places to visit and things to do if you decide to make Amelia's your base and enjoy day trips. The beach is a leisurely walk or you may like to take a stroll around our town with its many interesting shops - have a bite to eat or just a coffee from one of the many eating places. Bring your fishing rod and go beach or jetty fishing or you may even want to book with a fishing charter and enjoy a great day out. Amelia's is within close proximity to the Greg Norman designed Dunes golf course and then after a game, you can visit The Dec café for lunch or dinner or just a coffee and cake. We are sure you will find plenty to do - or nothing if desired!!
