We stayed one night and were delighted to find such a gem right on the beach front. The suite was lovely and tastefully decorated. The beach just beyond the garden at the front is lovely with interesting rock pools and craggy cliffs to explore. Breakfast provisions were excellent with Tessa kindly providing us with her homemade stewed rhubarb - delicious...

We have never been to a B&B like 13 On the Beach. You get the entire ground floor to yourselves. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full lounge/dinning room/kitchen, so beautifully furnished & complete with absolutely everything , including a bottle of wine in the fridge.!!!!!! Tesa & Richard are so friendly & welcoming, with all the info you need on the...

Robe one one of the places we stopped off whilst driving to Adelaide. 13 on the beach was so fantastic we thought we had the wrong address! The homely extras, cold white wine, homemade jams, perfect breakfast ingredients and plenty of local knowledge as to the best meat, fish & coffee. After a swim in the sea and a glass...

Literally a walk through some trees . . . and you find yourself on a deserted beach. This is a superior B&B, beautifully equipped with a fridge fully stocked, including a complimentary bottle of wine, and a welcoming host and hostess. . . and the dog. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting the delightful...

We were so impressed with this place. We had the whole lower floor of the property which was soooo spacious. Huge beds, beautifully furnished rooms. Loved the old bookcase with novels from the families childhood. Short path to a practically private beach and we saw an echidna on the path there!

This is the bottom part of a house, completely separate from the owners, which is the type of B&B that we like. There was an extremely comfortable king size bed (pillows not so good), small kitchenette, nice sized lounge area with comfortable sofas and an outside patio area with a barbeque and access to the small beach below. Nice to...

Such a great find and wonderful stay at this B&B! Tessa is such a sweet host, very friendly and welcoming. The house itself is just beautiful and the rooms are comfortable. Robe is a great little town, I only wish we could have spent more time there and at this charming B&B!

Beautiful apartment with 3 separate bedrooms. Large and easily comfortable enough for 5. Splendid decor, with a terrace that backs out onto bushland. Beach a stone's throw from the terrace, or just down the street. Bacon and eggs provided to cook your own breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen. Centrally located in Robe, make sure that Tessa reserves a table for...

I agree with all the other reviews. My husband and I drove from Adelaide to Melbourne staying in a variety of hotels and b&b's over the week. This was one our favourite nights, perfect location on the beach, huge rooms beautifully furnished. Lovely snacks and breakfast was ready for us, a real home away from home, they had thought of...

When travelling we try and mix and match posh hotels, self-catering and just sometimes B&B’s or guest houses. If all B&B’s were as good as this I’d ditch the 5 star hotels in a heartbeat. When reviewing this trip I deliberately didn’t post any reviews till we left Australia as I wanted a to be able to make comparisons. This...
