Great place to discover the Barossa region. Full of character, while maintaining all the necessary functions: good kitchen, nice dining place and lovely street side living room. Bedrooms are very spacious. It is an old house (1890?), so it has some cracks but who cares when it looks this good and is this comfortable.

OK so this is my first time advising on Trip Advisor so Id like to share our stay in the magnificent Barossa Dreams (Diamond Dreams) in Tanunda. What a wonderful experience. We stayed during Oct 2014 needing accom for a wedding that we attended in the area. We had not stayed in an old heritage house before, usually opting for...

Lovely old building in a Main Street position. Entrance hallway to our 'suite' smelled of sewage. Had to leave the front door open for some time to reduce the stench. The pull out sofa bed was so worn not even a small child could have slept comfortably on it. Offensive notices everywhere about 'do's and don'ts ' a $65 fine...

The house is very charming and we love buildings such as this with beautiful high ornate ceilings etc. The house has been split into 4 suites and we stayed in the Sapphire which is at the front of the house. I had already seen the mixed reviews on TA but was prepared to give it a go. We wish that...

We were looking for a special place to spend one of our last nights of holiday in South Australia and lucked upon Barossa Dreams staying in the Sapphire Suite with private spa bath and open fire. The suite is very comfortable for 2 and well equipped - our only reservation is having to use the bathroom sink for washing dishes...

We stayed 1 night in the Diamond Dreams wing of Barossa Dreams, an amazing Victorian style house with huge high ceilings. We cooked there using the full kitchen and electric webber, I...

We booked the entire house and all rooms were opened up so all 11 of us had the run of the place. It is almost perfect for such a group - big dining room, great lounge room with open fireplace, outdoor spa, BBQ and swimming pool. Such history and atmosphere just added to the occasion and the service from Getaways...

We stayed in the emerald dreams which had a king bed, ensuite and a private courtyard which had its own private outdoor spa! Very comfortable, on the Main Street of town in the heart of Tanunda. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

To start off. Check in was great. Wonderful helpful and friendly staff from the moment we booked, checked in and left. We stay there this weekend. Booked the whole house and everyone loved it. It has a cellar, wood fires, spa and other quirky little things. The ceiling roses were amazing and the house absolutely charming. The place was clean...

We spent only one night in the standard unit and it was great. The place was clean and had everything we needed, like microwave, refrigerator, dishes etc. The only thing missing was a proper sink to wash dishes - we had to use bathroom sink to fill the bucket in order to clean the dishes. Besides this, everything was excellent,...
