The best Indian I have had in a long time. Had 3 days of curries and all were very tasty! Packed lunches are huge. Cooked breakfast pretty standard. Accommodation tidy n clean. Would stay there again no problem 👍

We had booked a family room and multiple standard rooms. All rooms were by force upgraded and charged extra for. Had no choice we all had a wedding to get to and needed access to the rooms to get ready ASAP. It’s unfortunate the manager charges this way as the rooms are clean. The extra charges are not a lot but the principal of making people pay the extra $20 plus is rude. Definitely will not be returning

We booked in for 4 nights last weekend. The motel sent me an invoice for more than was originally quoted but as they did not respond to messages on their website or texts left on the phone I was unable to query it. The price we were charged was $20 more per night than normal for " Deluxe" room so expected to get the Deluxe spa room but didn't. I queried it at reception and was told by two separate staff members that I would get a refund, but then got a call from a woman who said they put the price up because it was a busy period . I assume that is illegal as the price on their site for the room we got was $20 less. The room was far from Deluxe - noisy, the walls shook when other people shut doors, the fridge was unplugged and when connected it froze everything, the towel rail fell off the wall every time it was touched, and bathroom floor had dirt around the edges and hair in the drain hole. Really poor communication, and although two staff members were nice and asked if we had received a refund, the other two I dealt with were not. We had to leave after two nights as cyclone warning at home so very expensive 4 days for very bad experience. The restaurant was OK. My experience sounds very much like two others on this site.

We came down for my sisters 40th and stayed for a night. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the Indian food was delicious! The kids loved the pool and the spa rooms a definitely worth the little bit extra charged. We recommend a short stay here, Pinjarra is a lovely spot!

I've made a booking over the phone for one night and asked for a receipt, they didn't send me this receipt and on the day for check in my name and payment wasn't registered! They've tried make me pay again for the room and a more expensive one!! Unbelievable! The payment appears on my bank statement so I could easily argue, finally after a second phone call to some kind of management I could have a deluxe room and add $20 for it... No sorry, no compensation and no honesty at all...this guys are thieves believe me... and still no receipt! I've had to ask again and wait 30mn to get this receipt of payment. The room is super cheap, dirty chairs, broken mosquito window screen, dirty TV remote control, no Foxtel and no WIFI available as advertise for this room!!! Please don't book a room there and wasting your money!
