Unit is very dated. Appliance's newer. Outside in need of painting and cleaning. Biggest complaint was when they say on-site amenities, it is a lie. You have to drive 3 miles to pool, playground, to get new keys made, lake and whatever else they have. If you golf, it is a great place for you. Where our unit was, was...

We visited some friends that were staying a week. The place is a little dated but the location is great and we had no complaints about the property. The beds were good, the air conditioner worked fine and it had good parking. It has a nice kitchen so you can save on finding breakfast in the mornings.

We stayed for two nights while visiting the mountains and were delighted with the accommodations. The condo has two levels with the master & it's bathroom downstairs while the other rooms are on the entry level. Everything was clean and fresh smelling. They do have small bars of soap for you to use but no shampoo. We didn't spend a...

Turns out this was a time share rental. Very dated and not run like a hotel at all. Took two days to get requested cot. Not convenient to Highlands (16 miles of mountain road) Noise from unit above was irritating It's definitely worth it to pay more to stay in highlands

Made last minute reservation for a two bedroom unit. The resort is old (1980s) and could use some updating but our unit was very clean. Steps to master suite (about15) are narrow but still nice. Like jacuzzi tub in master. Kitchen is nice ( glad stop stove / oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and full size fridge). Liked the two...

Property was recently acquired by Diamond Resorts. It is a typical Diamond property in that it was in need of repair and updating. We had a 1 bedroom deluxe unit. The carpet was stained, the screen door fell right off the track and maintenance didn't fix it. Faucets leaked, the ironing board did not collapse, etc., etc. We were traveling...

Stayed here through Diamond Resorts International Sampler program which was designed to entice people to showcase properties and upgrade ownership. What a dismal failure. Built on hillside and bedroom, kitchen and bath in lower level which feels like a dark basement.. Very dated and cheap... Went to forced sales pitch and told units would be updated . Updating will not...

The units here were built in the 1980's. They are huge compared to new condos, probably about 1800 square feet. They have been updated somewhat. Everything is nice, but not the latest decor. No fancy granite countertops in the kitchen, for instance. The beds are very comfortable, the view from our unit was lovely. The restaurant at the Golf Clubhouse...

We stayed at the Fairway Forrest (now by Diamond Resorts- which those guys are a JOKE!) but the resort was ok. Highly dated but offered all interior amenities! Beds were all memory foam. 2 restaurants within 5 mins, 1 grocery store within 10 mins. Everything shuts down during certain times. If you love waterfalls, hiking, biking, and golf, then this...

We purchased our Timeshare week from a friend of ours and Thanksgiving (Week 52) is her week. Which we're thrilled with..gives us something to do at Thanksgiving! The units were built in the 70's, but recent updates have been done and our unit is VERY nice and VERY homey feeling. We were invited to friends of ours for Thanksgiving and...

“In our 1 BR unit the decor was a mix of ultra-modern W/D and 80's drapes. Not the most comfortable bed or LR chairs in the world (no sofa or loveseat : - ( but adequate if the weather lets you get out a love. TV's upstairs (LR) and down (BR). Kitchen was very well equipped, but tiny and no space for storing food stuffs. Ref. large, but ice maker slow. Love the sough of the wind in the trees off the deck. Large 2 person whirlpool. Not luxury, but very nice for a getaway.”
