The outside landscaping and grounds very nice. But our room had very musty smell, very dark, felt like I was in a wooden box. We had to open our room door and door to outside but still unable to completely get rid of the smell....More
We were disappointed with our room as it was so dark and although we were there for 3 nights the staff were unable to change us to a lighter room. This was a shame as we spent a bit of time there.

First stay at an inn. Wasn't sure what to expect. So impressed! Can't wait to do it again. Property was originally horse stables. Narrow drive around cottages and homes was original bridle path. Be sure to ask staff for full history. So interesting!
