Friendly, gracious and welcoming staff however, the property should not be called a resort. It's more akin to a condo rental with a small golf course and pool. We stayed in one of the condo type units and it wasn't too bad we did have a good time playing hid and seek late at night in the gold course and...

We were placed at the top of the resort in a four unit demountable type building. Strange as the resort was empty and there were plenty of cabins available. Our unit was old, and in need of repair. Breakfast bench was on a slant, washing machine wouldn't spin, no kettle, toilets kept blocking, musty mouldy smell - I could go...

queen bed & sleeper sofa- you'd be better off sleeping on rocks. broken mini blinds, holes in screens- also, all the screens didn't meet bottom of window so bugs got in, it was summer so we needed ventilation and also, there was record humidity. Also couldn't even open ALL the windows because they were old and they were stuck. Between...

Terrific. Recommended by RCI and exceeds expectations! Golf course is part 3 and after 3rd hole becomes gorgeous. Close enough to boone, but not too close!! Nestled in the applachians and high country.

Rooms smelled stale. Towels were thin. The building needs painting. Porches need treatment and outside chairs need to be replaced. The valley is beautiful. Boone has great places to eat. The area has a variety of things to do.

We enjoyed our stay in condo/cabin 18, a four-plex farthest up the hill from the valley (there are a variety of accommodations available) The unit was older but was very clean and had some updates including kitchen appliances, flat screen TV and DVD player and newer carpet. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was no AC and some...

What this place lacks in extra amenities it makes up with beautiful and quiet surroundings. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath accommodations were neat and clean, the kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and the bed was small but comfortable. We had no issues during our stay. Our room overlooked the golf course and faced the mountainside. We made...

The views of the mountainsides are beautiful and the units are clean, but dated. There is no air conditioning, just box fans in the bedrooms. I can't imagine staying here when it's hot. When it rains, everything gets very humid. There's no wifi either, so it can be a challenge to keep up with the outside world. We had a...
