Excellent decor, landscaping and overall atmosphere. Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast that was perfectly prepared. Owners visited with us and shared the history of the home and insightful information about the area and town of Warrenton. Could not of been happier with a place to spend 41st wedding anniversary.

I was in town for work and needed a place to stay that would take our government rate. The Ivy was recommended and they were more than welcoming for me and my co-workers. We even had to change our dates and they were more than gracious in accommodating us. The Inn is in the historic district and is itself one...

What a marvelous place to lay your head!!! Of all the great b&b's we have chosen, this is one of the best!! ( none could ever beat out our first one, first is always most memorable, no?)set in a historical area, it was really nice strolling just checking out the older civil war era Victorian style homes, some of which...

My husband and I stayed last weekend for a short weekend anniversary getaway. We made the right choice. Owners were great hosts and balanced very gracious service with allowing privacy for us. Breakfast was delicious. Low key low impact relaxation time at a very clean and nice B&B in a small town is what we wanted and got.at the Ivy...

Jerry and Ellen are perfect Innkeepers, full of gentle local lore and helpful suggestions. We had a great night's sleep and a delicious breakfast in this spotlessly clean 1903 Home. The town is full of beautiful old homes and great old trees, great for walking.

We stayed earlier this month - passing through to the eastern shoreline. This is a very special place to stay. The owners, Jerry and Ellen are wonderful hosts and helped us a great deal in finding the best route for us heading east [we're British!]. The house is a delight and so quiet and peaceful. The town is interesting and...

My wife, her family and myself stayed at the Ivy this past weekend for a wedding in Warrenton. The home was beautiful and our hosts were great! They got us all checked in, and really made us feel as though their house was ours for the weekend. The breakfast on both mornings was delicious, and both Ellen and Jerry are...

My wife and I attended a wedding near Warrenton and stayed at the Ivy and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Inside and out, the Ivy is 100% Victorian, sits on a tree lined quiet street with other houses of the same period, and features a full wrap around porch with comfortable chairs and tables. The historic downtown is a three minute...

From the moment you walk through the door, you step back in time, yet the amenities are first-rate; there is no lack of modern conveniences. The owners, Jerry and Ellen Roth are a team that provide more comfort than I get back home! The rooms are clean and comfortable; if you need anything, Jerry or Ellen will help you get...
