We first visited Inn At Iris Meadows in Nov 2006 & knew then we would return, which we did Nov 4-7 in 2007. Facility is immaculate, hosts become like good friends, hefty gourmet breakfasts, & their dog & cat are friendly yet nonobtrusive & do not enter guest areas. Definitely the best of many b&b's we've visited. Retired Prosecutor Tallahassee...

Inn at Iris Meadow is a wonderful and relaxing place. The rooms and common areas are all both beautiful and comfortable. George and Becky go above and beyond to make sure all the guests enjoy their visit. We will certainly return and would highly recommend this property.

Our visit could not have been more pleasant. And, the incredible breakfasts that they prepared for us each day were magnificent! My two favorite items were the pumpkin muffins and the egg...

What a truly amazing place. This old restored mansion is like a museum. A wrap aound porch makes it a great place to sit and enjoy the scenery while talking to other guests and the inn keepers. A great place to relax and enjoy great gourmet breakfasts. There was so much food and it was so good that we never...

My wife and I travelled from Richmond to the Inn at Iris Meadows specifically to stay there for our 35th anniversary and visit the Biltmore while we were in the area. The Inn's decor and style outdid the Biltmore, certainly not in size, but in comfort and beauty. As soon as my wife entered the Inn, she was quickly taken...

From the moment we were welcomed on Friday evening by the beautiful "Inn at Iris Meadows" sign and drove down the winding driveway to view our beautiful destination until we left on Sunday, we savored every detail of our special anniversary weekend. We were welcomed by Innkeepers George and Becky Fain and Scratch, the dog and shown to our room...

“Our preference is the Garden Room on the second floor. It is beautiful and we love the fireplace in the LARGE bathroom. All you have to do is open the door to the patio for two overlooking the gardens.”

“Many of the rooms have a large tub and hand-held shower. You will want to plan extra time to bathe in the tub and use the hand held shower to rinse your hair after shampooing. I did this at night which enhanced my relaxation. You may also choose one of the rooms that has a standing shower.”

“There are seven rooms to choose from.... all with their unique personality. Some face the front driveway, while others face hillsides, the town, or the gardens....ask if you have a preference. Make sure you leave time to just relax on the porch....”
