We had the pleasure of staying for a night at the Rosehill Inn. The house was in a perfect location - walking distance to downtown Wilmington and many historic houses in the neighborhood. The house is decorated well and has a great wrap-around porch with rocking chairs and another sitting area. The breakfast was scrumptious and was plated and served...

This an outstanding bed and breakfast. You are in downtown where all the attractions, restaurants, and shopping are. We stayed in the Carolina room. It was spacious and very nice. The breakfast was high end gourmet! We stayed two nights and the breakfast was outstanding each day. Be prepared for a real southern type breakfast with the best quality. It...

Bob's stories were fantastic, and we felt like they really wanted to get to know the guests. We loved it so much when we visited in October that we returned...

We went to Wilmington for a wedding and stayed with Tricia, Bob and Sean for a long weekend. The location was perfect for a quick walk to all of the shops and restaurants of the riverfront area. The Miltons made us feel at home and the room was everything we needed for a getaway weekend. The homemade breakfasts were huge...

We stayed a week here and by the end of our trip we felt like we were leaving home, so relaxed and at home did we feel. Many of the reviews have mentioned the breakfasts and I can only add appreciation to those comments, particularly as regards the waffles and muffins and maple syrup. Not once did we feel like having...

Rosenhill Inn is absolutely beautiful. The food on the breakfast plate is not only delicious, but is made to look like a piece of art. The rooms are spotless, cozy, and so comfortable. The owners, Bob, Trish & Sean, are dedicated innkeepers. The Wilmington waterfront is within walking distance. Parking in the rear is tight. Only down side is that...
