We spent one night here and were, overall, very pleased with the experience. Check-in was great, the room was older and dated, but everything was clean and worked fine. The bed was comfortable and, despite being near a busy road, it was quiet inside. The best part was breakfast - hot and made to order in the restaurant next door. Several choices were offered and mine was a skillet and probably the best breakfast on the trip. All for a great rate. It may look older, but it was a great value.

We were a little bit nervous about what we would find when we arrived at the Biltmore, as the reviews were sort of all over the place. We were so pleasantly surprised! I would say this might possibly be the best value we have ever found in a hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was large, clean, comfortable, and clean. The bed seemed lumpy at first, but after a good night's sleep, we woke up loving the comfort. The t.v. channel selection was great and there was a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room. There was a large, nice courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool. We didn't have time to try the pool, but it sure looked inviting. The best part was the complimentary breakfast. The hotel treats its guests to a free breakfast of the guest's choice (choose from a limited menu) at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfasts were cooked perfectly and so delicious! Our room was among the least expensive I have paid in a number of years. Everything about our stay here was amazing, and we cannot wait to return!!!

Considering how cheap it was, we were expecting the worst, frankly - a dingy motor inn. What a nice surprise to find a nice, clean, quiet and friendly place with a great tavern/restaurant attached! It is not luxury, but it is truly fine and a great deal, and downtown Fargo is an easy, direct drive. We were there two nights and had free breakfast each morning. The second morning was a Saturday and a pretty ordinary (fairly lousy) hotel buffet. The first morning, Friday, we got coupons for a free made-to-order breakfast and it was fantastic. Not sure if that is a weekday.weekend thing or not, but it was a nice surprise. Don't be scared by old reviews. This is a nice place.

We stayed at the Biltmore in ND and the room was comfortable. The bed was great, breakfast was served I the bar next door and was made to order. Check in was confused. They had a hard time finding a clean room. Each day my keycard had to be reactivated. I had requested the 1st floor and got the second as far from the desk/amenities as possible. There is no elevator so this was difficult for me as I'm older. Overall I liked the site but wish I could have been closer to everything.

Stayed at this hotel around the 4th of July and I would recommend this place 100%. A great bar to get drinks at and the place is really good for the price for a night! The beds are like home. Would recommend to anyone!
