We stayed over night to visit relatives in the area. The room was clean & quiet so we had a relaxing time. Used the pool in the morning and it, too, was a good experience. The ware temperature was not cold and the pool & surrounding area were very clean. The breakfast was hot and plentiful, with lots of variety....

Very nice hotel. They did provide a bereavement rate for us since we were there for a funeral. However, usually we have tried to book there and they do not negotiate any pricing since they are the only game in Grafton, ND. Their price is pretty high usually. We end up staying in Grand Forks at a better rate then...

Every time I visit Grafton, ND this is my place. I feel like I'm coming home. The manager is a great guy and very friendly. He runs a great hotel. Clean & quiet. Close to a few restaurants. I'll spread the good word!

Because of the blizzard on December 6th, I had to stay another day. The front desk was very helpful and friendly, giving me good travel and road information. The room was clean and all the staff was pleasant.

This hotel is quiet, clean and friendly. Very homey setting. I was there for work and the staff went out of their way to help me on a project. Close to shopping, food and gas. I highly recommend this property if you are headed to Grafton!

Rooms are nice and the staff for the most part is great. Be careful though - reserve a room online at americinn.com because if you go to the desk, they'll charge you an extra $30/night! Management is unwilling to match their own website's rates.

Tthis AmericInn is a nice, rather new property that offers just as other AmericInn's offer. It is a mid-range motel that is clean, nice looking and comfortable. The staff was courteous and made us feel like we were welcome. Other than that, it is a better than average poperty that is just fine for one night stayovers.
