Highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning was really good and it was even ready at 6 am. I wish I would have brought my swimsuit as there was no one in the hotel. At 6 am I even saw the worker checking the pools chlorine levels.

Fairfield Grand Forks has clean quiet rooms and the front desk staff is doing an exceptional job of managing a very busy weekend keeping food and coffee stocked up. Kim at the front desk is an unfailingly pleasant and tireless worker. People like Kim and comfortable clean rooms are the reason that Marriott is my number one choice in every...

This review is going to sound very picky. It is. Because Grand Forks, ND has so many better hotel options to choose from so I'm going to be honest. Overall, the hotel is in a good location, clean and offers the amenities you expect from a Fairfield Inn. My step daughter is a student at UND so we have stayed...

I also apologize for the problems you encountered and the level of service you received. I want to assure you that your concerns have been addressed with my housekeeping and maintenance team to ensure these deficiencies are corrected. I...

Hotel and staff is exceptional. They went above and beyond to help us when our car brokedown to insure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here. The evening staff ensured that the night staff and morning staff also knew of our problems and again made us feel at home and very welcomed.

I always say that one can never go wrong with Marriott, well, I was wrong. I usually have an upper room but this time, none are available. So they gave mea ground floor room (103). The room is typical Marriott, clean and fresh. It was very good until the one staying directly above my room started walking (more like hopping)....

Very nice hotel on quiet side of town. If you are looking for a quiet stay (rooms seemed sound proofed) along with modern amenities this is the place for you. The place also has a pool, but no hot tub...which is my only negative for a cold area like grand forks! The breakfast was great also. Hopefully this place will...

One redeeming quality, front desk staff! She was helpful and attentive. Otherwise don't waste your $. This dated property feels like a Tharaldson quick build, thin walls and floors. Phone didn't work, AC didn't work properly, and spartan room that felt like Motel 6 except it came with shampoo. It has pool not much bigger than a hot tub, AND...

Dear Lakersailor, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I am pleased to hear that our front desk was helpful and attentive. I apologize we did not provide you with the service you expected. I have addressed these issues with my engineering and housekeeping staff. I certainly hope you give the Fairfield Inn Grand Forks...

Overall Fairfield Inn & Suites Grand Forks met our family's needs for a nice weekend shopping trip. The location and amenities were ideal for everything we expected. We normally stay at another Marriott brand hotel when in Grand Forks however we decided to try out Fairfield Inn to see if it would meet our needs. The only notable issue we...

We stayed at the Fairfield for one night. It was clean and fairly comfortable, but very basic. It was fairly close to everything which was nice. It was a two minute walk to two or three restaurants and a short drive to everything else. Our room was very basic, but it was clean. The beds were fairly comfortable. The breakfast...

My family and I travel several times a year as we set out to visit all 50 states. We've stayed in our share of hotels in multiple cities/states. This was a wonderful little hotel nestled off the main road but still close to relevant convenience stores, mini-malls and restaurants. I'm a light sleeper but had no problem with hotel or...
