Check in went well. Courteous. Got into room. Toilet paper in the toilet, broken toilet seat, terrible shower, no pressure, had to ask for toilet paper and kleenex twice (2 different days) Left for day and both days we came back around 3 p.m. and room was not cleaned. They ran out of bath towels, had to wait a few...

This place is pretty dumpy. The Kids had fun in the water park on Friday. The big slide and pool was closed for maintenance on Saturday. To signify that the pool was closed they drained the pool and placed one strip of caution tape around it. Not very safe when you have children running around. I saw multiple people saving...

We stayed here for New Years Eve. The place was super dirty and there were broken door handles, ceiling tiles, and locks. The staff shut the lights off on people sitting at tables in the swimming area and then proceeded to be very rude. We tried to get an extra towel from the swimming area and there weren't any. We...

There were 5 of us girls, having a girls weekend. We stayed at the Howard Johnson Thursday night. The Presidential Suite was amazing! It was nicer than most homes!. We should of stayed the whole weekend, it was nicer then the Delta Winnapeg. The general manager was very courteous and helpful. We will be back!

I called and reserve a room with a fridge and upon check-in they accidentally gave it away. Without hesitation they upgraded me for free to a suite for my entire week stay. During my stay all employees from the front desk to housekeeping we're all friendly and professional. During checkout I have the pleasure of meeting the new GM and...
