Excellent facility, staff, breakfast, rate (for Hilton members)—you name it. King room was large and bed comfortable. Cookies when you check in and very professional and friendly staff. Good location. Overall, the best hotel we have stayed in on this eighth day of a month-long road trip. My husband and I give this hotel the highest recommendation possible!!

What a pleasure to walk into a clean inviting establishment and experience the welcoming customer service. The coup de grace was the breakfast with fresh strawberries and blueberries. The kitchen staff was attentive to cleaning tables and assisting guests.

The hotel is in the middle of a renovation, but it didn't stop me from getting a good night's sleep. I stayed in a room that is not yet renovated, but it was fine for my needs. Workout room is actually really good- had a great morning workout followed by a brief swim in the pool before work. Front desk team work their butts off- they were busy when I checked in and out, and they were cool under pressure. I like the Hampton brand quite a bit- and this one is as good as any other one I have stayed in. If you're ever in Jamestown for work or driving through ND, I would recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant front desk, easy check in and that is where the good ends.

The first room we went to had an approximate 4x8 inch stain on the sheet. The next room had crud on the night stand, apparently it had not been cleaned. A bottle cap and tooth pick were on floor between the beds along with some black substance on the sheet. The third room was acceptable.

The hallways are dirty.

Jumping from one room to another at 10 PM is not to my liking and certainly not what I would expect for a total charge of $212. I will not go back.

Blood spots on the comforter. Front desk brought up new sheets and took the comforter. Didn't remake the bed and didn't leave a clean comforter. Assistant manager and manager solution was to give us Hampton points to use at any Hampton. No other option when said that dirty linen is unacceptable and I will not be staying at another Hampton. Also overcharged for the room. Cost advertised as 217 per night but was charged 259. Response was that they had no idea why and were unsure how to change the bill to be at the correct rate. No manager on duty and no call back from assistant manager or manager. Had to contact them and then they stated that points were the only resolution they were willing to offer. Come on Hampton don't you want to keep clients happy? Dirty linen is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!!!

I have spoken with my front desk agents, about how they should have remade the bed, and how that was unacceptable. When we spoke on the phone, the person who had made the reservation, accepted the points. Unfortunately, you called back and said that you did not like the response, after saying I could not give a refund and the General Manager would have to help and approve this, this too, was unacceptable. We stay here every year and it usually pretty clean. We walked in to our room and there was lint all over the floor, shower dirty, just GROSS! Paying $175/night for such a basic room and then it being dirty on top of it.
The front desk gal was great but told me the price I have to pay is different than what my email confirmation stated. Not sure we'll be back.

We found the Hampton Inn in Jamestown, ND, conveniently located right off of I-94. They welcomed our dog, offered us snacks upon our late arrival, and we’re all-around very pleasant. The hotel was immaculate and peaceful. Upon departure, we discovered a plentiful buffet of breakfast foods waiting. The kitchen manager personally made the rounds to ensure all guests were satisfied—a nice touch. Hampton Inn has been a consistent travel partner during our cross-country travels, and Jamestown was no exception.

Clean, nice rooms. It had a larger than usual selection for breakfast. Fruits, white and chocolate milk (I have noticed most hotels only offer white), toppings to put on your pancakes. Way more than other hotels offer. Very nice.

We were in Jamestown for a funeral, and we had 12 rooms in this hotel. The first night we were treated wonderfully by the entire staff. They allowed us to use the breakfast area for us to gather and spend time together reminiscing. Saturday after the funeral we again were gathering in the breakfast area and Reba Farzaneh assistant general manager informed us in an extremely snarky manner this room was only available for 15 minutes. When we ask her if there was another room we could use she started spouting out a numbers of untruths listed on the website. She spewed fibs and back pedal to 4 different members of our group. Reba’s people skills left MUCH to be desired. I ask her why she had to approach us so snarky, her reply I am a snarky person and was not snarky to you. We scoured the website for her many untruths, you guessed it, not one of the things she spewed were listed on the website. We have stayed at this hotel yearly when visiting Jamestown. Reba was so belligerent to us, we will never stay at this hotel again.

The location was great - near freeway but far enough away not to hear the noise. Room was clean, breakfast area was pleasant, and food was good. The young man who was attending the breakfast area was very efficient and kind. Apparently, I need more characters.🙂
