Ignore the review below saying 'don't bother'. If you have already booked the hotel is not as bad as they make out. We were there the same week as them and although the hotel could make improvements it is definitely not worth a 1 star rating. The rooms were very nice. Probably one of the best we have stayed in....

Good points, good sized room. That's it for good. Now the bad. Food atrocious, staff nice but not competent in their duties. The young lad behind the pool bar is a nice kid however hasn't the first idea of what he is doing. Music at the pool is blasting and considering that most of the guests are not teenagers or...

It's a decent hotel with spacious rooms. The food was good and they changed the menu every day so we had diversity. No complaints on this chapter. However at every meal we had to wait afew minutes just to get forks and knifes or glasses to pour drinks. Unfortunately the cleaners are not doing their job properly. When we took...

Just returned from hotel forum. Rooms are modern, cleaned daily and extremely spacious. I did however wake up with several bites up my leg, feet, ankle and wrist not dissimilar to flea bites, but can only speculate as don't usually get bitten. Pool area was clean, didn't struggle to get a seat or a sun lounger, pool is small but...

We booked this hotel long before the trip because the price was acceptable. We came to the hotel on 11th of July'16. The receptionist was very sweet and lovely but she spoke in English very poor, so it was difficult to understand. And after this stay, we understood why because 99% of all travelers were from Poland or Russia. We...

We booked this hotel long before the trip, the price was acceptable. When we arrived, there weren't much people in the hotel.Forum is situated close to Nessebar, and I consider it to be a plus. One of the greatest advantages was that it is not big and situated in a quiet place, so we can sleep at night without listening...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights this Easter and definitely the holiday in this hotel was the most unpleasant experience. From 2008 we come to Bulgaria during Easter , we stayed only in 4 stars hotels with all-inclusive resorts in all around Bulgarian seaside, so we know the all inclusive system for this period. Firstly this hotel is...
