I stayed at Odessos Park with my mum from August 31st to September 7th. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful, however, the room we got sent to at first had not been cleaned yet, so we had to go back to the reception desk and get a room change. The rooms on the fifth floor are modern, nicely furnished, clean, and the balcony is very spacious with 2 added loungers, which we really appreciated as well as the amazing view of the sea, especially during sunrise. An interesting thing about the rooms is that they are unlocked by fingerprint, which comes in handy when you don't want to worry about where your key is all the time. Cleaning service ladies were friendly, thorough. I could unfortunately not say the same about the animation team once the girls left. I am personally used to a very friendly and excited team of animators that make everyone feel welcome at any activity they manage, and the girls (I don't know their names, unfortunately) did a way better job at that. Once they left and they were replaced by two men, I did not want to attend animation activities at all as I didn't feel very welcome (e.g. I went to play table tennis and when I got there, the animator was apparently "impressed" and told me he did not think table tennis was a "women sport". I thought these activities are just for fun, not a championship.). Mini disco for kids started late a couple of times with the animators dancing to themselves and not entertaining the children. Also, the position of the animation podium across the pool from the pool bar is a bit complicated when you wish to get drinks to watch a special show and you need to undergo a long journey just to get a drink. Speaking of the pool bar, the staff working the pool bar smiled at us about once or twice out of the entire week we were staying and had an attitude. The drinks were okay. The pool was great. Clean, big, has a kids section and a slide. We did not visit the relax pool. What we did visit however was the hotel wellness, we decided to get a rose face mask, which comes with a little massage. The massage was not listed in the face mask, so I was a bit startled when the lady started the massage because I didn't expect it. I would recommend informing customers about the whole service before starting it in case they would be uncomfortable with being touched on some body parts. The service itself was nice. Right next to the wellness desk were toilets, that were used mainly by people going from the pool, which meant that the floors were soaking wet and the toilets were smelly. There were also toilets next to the restaurant, which were okay, however, they never had paper towels in them and drying hands with the air dryer took forever. Speaking of the restaurant, at first, we were disappointed. Some of the dishes were very dirty and when I politely asked for cutlery when it was about 20 minutes until the end of lunchtime, I was met with an "oh my god" and rolled eyes from one of the waiters. I understand that we might've been a bit late, however, it was not our fault since we had come back a bit later from a trip with our travel agency and we did not want to inconvenience the poor waiters by needing them to do their job. The dishes were significantly cleaner after a couple of days. There was a variety of foods to choose from, a nice assortment of vegetables, fish and other meats, we were satisfied. Sometimes, the drinks would be really watered down. Moving on, the hotel's layout was unusual for us. We got used to it, but the elevators certainly did not make it easier. Waiting five minutes for an elevator is not pleasant, especially when the elevator arrives full of people and you need to wait some more for another elevator. Two of the three elevators sounded like they were going to break any second. The location of the hotel is nice with a lot of shopping opportunities (and about a million ATMs on the way), several pharmacies, and a COVID testing center nearby. The road to the beach is okay, in the mornings we saw about 3 stray dogs, but they weren't dangerous. To sum up, the hotel has its pros and cons, just like any other, however, we will most likely not be returning, mostly because of the staff.…
Good hotel, with big, clean rooms, good food (every day something different, and every day pizza! :D) very polite bartenders smiling all the time and great animations (thanks to Moni and Ani). Room with view on the sea. Hotel close to the sea, but not so close - very quiet place.
Vacation at hotel Odessos very successful. Hotel very clean. Big rooms. Great animations did a very good job. big applause for Anna, Monika and Victor. Great people. I definitely recommend it for families.
We did spend one week. Hotel is clean and modern, nothing to complain. Service is friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are top for all inclusive hotel. The entertainment and animation program is very good entertainment also for family with smaller kids. .for us it was a perfect week with absolutely nothing to complain and we will for sure be back again. Thanks to all staff for this unforgettable time
The hotel is very clean. The food is quite tasty but desserts and midnight meals could be better. Really tasty drinks- apple kiss and vanilla bomb were our favourites!!!! Really nice and kind stuff in wellness section. The animations during the day was really fun and well organized. The animators are full of energy and always take care of their guests! Young and energetic people. They can do maximum fun from minimum attributes!! Every game was fun even the easiest one. We spent a lot of good time with them. We think that Anna, Monica and Victor are big, yellow and shining stars of this hotel. We really enjoyed our vacation there!!! A&P
