I cannot fault this wonderful hotel with anything. The staff all being very pleasant and helpful, the food an absolute bargain with their evening buffet with beautiful food at around £7 a head, the lovely sky bar a wonderful place to sit to finish off an evening.We will definitely be going back when we go back to Bulgaria not even going to look at any other hotels.I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone,any age.

This hotel has everything. Food,Spa,Sauna,Massage,Swimming-Pool,Fun,Fitness. There is two swimming pool´s one of them is inside and the other one is outside the outside one has sits to sit on where you can get ice-cream from there is also a small swimming-pool for younger ones. A few places to get massage from. The food is a buffet. The hotel is a peaceful place. You can have the spa for yourself with towels intitled. The elevator is uncovered and then there is a little place where you can ask for drinks and food beside water.Wow!! There rooms are amazing the view is just out of this world. I could see the sea. Best Hotel ever.

We enjoyed very much our staying at this hotel as it was located in a quiet place at the entrance in Golden Sands. For us the fact that there were 400-500 m to walk to the beach was not a problem as we discovered a shorter way through Kini park hotel and then next to Adria hotel. The beach there was not at all crowded as it is in the center of the city.
The room was very large and clean. The breakfast was quite rich and in the evening you could serve icecream for desert (plus many fruits, yogurt, cakes). The spinach cream soup was also delicious.
On top of the hotel there is a 'sky bar' where you can admire the view from and have a drink or more. For us it was a nice place to end the evening.
We didn't use the spa complex but we took a tour and it looked impressive. The outside pool was clean, large and not crowded in the period of our holiday.
The room was very large and clean. The breakfast was quite rich and in the evening you could serve icecream for desert (plus many fruits, yogurt, cakes). The spinach cream soup was also delicious.

I paid for 7 days in this hotel but i could bare to stay 6 of them...horrible place...2 stars motel at maximum...
we encountered problems from the first day with the electronic key that didn't work at all. when i asked at the reception they had no mood to help out...just left me outside the door for 45 min although i was tired from the road.
in the evening at the restaurant they forgot to put our room number in the list for the swedish bufet so the waiter stopped us when we were about to take some food - bad food all week long- very embarassing situation for us and for them because when i went to another hotel in bulgaria at sunny beach - iberostar, 700 rooms or so - the staff there did not nned a room number to remember us, but these fools checked the list every at meal of the day.
the food was aufull, barelly cooked, poor variety, unhealthy.
the hotel is very far from any beach or funplace...ar night is really creepy...we had to walk for 1 hour in the dark because the street ilumination eas inexistent...many dubious characters all around. i wonder why nobody says the truth...this is an abandoned resort for cheap people or desperate.
I will never go there again and i hope i've depicted an exact image of that horrid place.

Me and my husband and 2 boys have stayed in this hotel for the last 5 years in a row and it is fabulous.
The hotel is very clean inside and out and rooms cleaned daily. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help, the sky bar is brilliant and the views are amazing. They have raised the walls by about 2 foot on to of the walls to makes it safe for children, would say the total height was about 5 foot and being topped with glass it doesn't spoil the views.
The heated indoor pool is lovely, the outdoor pool is big and spacious and always clean with a separate children's pool. There is also a bar in the main pool too!!
The spa facilities look lovely however I have not indulged.
The rooms are massive and bathrooms too. We all stay in 1 room and there was more than enough room for the beds and to play, we have a 2 year old and a 5 year old.
We wouldn't stay anywhere else in golden sands!! So much that we are returning again in September this year.
The beach and centre is a 15-20 min walk from the hotel and the hotel is located in the top of a big hill but we always think about it this way, you get to burn off the extra holiday weight and it work because we all come back lighter!! There are steps which you can use instead of walking up the road but we thought the road was easier. There is also a free minibus service which runs every hour to and from the hotel from 10am until 4pm (I think) so you don't have to walk. Not too much in a taxi either at night but make sure you ask for the total taxi fair before getting in. We got ripped off once, when getting out of the taxi he said 'no that was the price per person!' Another good point about being out of the centre is it is very quiet at night.
Beds are comfy and bathrooms are normally a 4 price suit.
Beaches on golden sands at lovely, especially if you find a nice locals beach which there is 1 just at the bottom of the hill from the hotel.
Once again have to say this is a fabulous hotel and although it is not right on the beach it is worth the walk.

We really liked that hotel! The place is quiet and that's why it's perfect for people who really want to take a break from their stressful lives.

I enjoyed my holiday in this very good hotel in the late summer of 2013. The rooms & baths are very big, very clean, the housekeepers changed the towels every day and arranged the room. The interior is very interesting decorated, it has a panoramic elevator. On the roof I descovered the skybar.it opens at 8pm and the barman serves coktails 4,5 lv nonalcool and 7,5 lv alcoolic, 4lv one beer. The most interesting in the bar is that when the sky is clear, the barman invited his guests to enjoy for 10 minutes the stars on the beautiful sky. The food is very good, but don't go near the deadline hours (10 for breakfast and 21 for dinner), you will not find every kind of food. the view from the balcony was great, I could see both the mountain and see.
Unfortunately, the location is not so great, it is far from the center of Golden Sands, but they are doing their best to please all their guests and the have a shuttle bus which leaves at 10, 11,14, 15,16 from hotel to the center. In fact, being a hotel for relaxation and spa, the hotel is very well placed in a quite area. I tried the free spa facilities: aromathetapy steam, relation room, gym, swimming pool. Towels for the pool and bathrobes for spa were included.
The staff is great, they help you with every problem.

Excellent place for a nice and quiet vacation with your family. Nice staff, good english speakers, food was great. A bit far from the beach but they fixed that with a nice hotel shuttle bus. The hotel and the room were clean and cozy and the view from the terrace bar was superb.I will recommend it to my friends.

I've just stayed in this hotel Jul'13, and it was worderfull. A very big room, good breakfast (not wow, but good), an adorable swimming pool, and free sun-beds by the pool. The bathroom was huge, with both a tub and shower.
There is good quality Internet in the lobby, and cable Internet in the room.
The pool bar and the sky-bar are simply wonderfull.
Definetly recommend the hotel. I've just booked a second stay there.
On the minus side: the hotel is quite far from Golden Sands, so w/o car I wouldn't recommend it. Also, even with the GPS, it was quite difficult to locate it first time. It would have been nice if they would have provided free wireless all over the hotel.
