Very good location (Near the beach and center, shops and restaurants), clean, fresh, large room with beautiful view, tasty varied food (including regional food) , very nice friendly and helpful service, has two swimming pools (a lifeguard was present)
Simply the best hotel. Cheap. Delicious food (boufet) - every day something new (breakfasts), clean nice rooms. Hotel has very good location, about 100m to the beach. Has own supermarket next to it, restaurants are also nearby (fast-food and Bulgarian cuisine)

First! The lifts are a nightmare! They shake and vibrate extensively. One of the elevators is much also slower than the other, WHEN it works! Living on the 9th floor it is a nightmare waiting for it to come, while the doors will not open! The other lift is not coming, as it "thinks" the other lift is covering it. Secondly there are no up or down buttons on the outside, resulting in often many stops on the way up, for people wishing to go down. The room we got this time was spaceous and ok if we do not pay attentions to the ants crawling everywhere. Going into the bathrom you are greeted by a stench from the sweage pipes. Two drains in the floor are constantly sucked empedy so the stench can passed. We placed towels over both and the spell was ok. Until the cleaning lady replaced them the next day, as she did not know. THREE TIMES in one week there was no water, wich stopped suddenly wit no warning while showering. Upon complaining we learned they were filling the pool in the 4th flor!!! Come on, really! The north side has insane sound level with eccoes from buildings around coming from the PA system at the neighbour hotel. Wakes you in the morning and ensures you can not enjoy the balcony in the evening.…
3rd stay at this hotel. Gotten used to it, but it's really not the best hotel. Very bad light in the stairwell, could have been fixed easy; change of light bulb, but it didnt get changed for the two weeks we were here. The first morning I woke up with 15 ants in the bed. There was more ants on the wall, nightstand and floor. Showed the cleaning lady and she tried her best to get rid of them, but it didn't help. Had to buy bugspray to get rid of the issue. The kitchen in the apartment had 3 of everything, with a broken skillet and a extremely long and bad spatula. The cleaning staff will not change the bedsheets unless they're dirty with spots.. Or if you give them money. The resturant is below average. Food comes separately so everyone is done eating when the last person at the food, and the food is cold on arrival. Only staff in the 4th floor are happy, helpful and smiling. The rest walks around looking like they sold something and didn't get paid. The pool and area around are dirty, worse in 1st floor, but also in 4th floor. Mold on the shower curtain in the bedroom. Elevators are a danger! It stopped working a minimum of 10 times, people got stuck in there for over an hour. The elevators shake when they do work, gladly there's stairs you can take. There are taxidrivers that pay to stay at the hotel, they seem nice at first, but don't get fooled. They end up being very rude, and talk way too much. Traveling with my husband and parents, my parents found old food in the cabinets in their apartment aswell as food in the refrigerator. Can't have been cleaned very well before new people came in. …
