So far everything is fine, from transfer to dinner. AUSSER: TOO MUCH food is loaded v guests on their plate, so buffet quickly becomes empty Then let half go back, pure waste!!Tip: Someone belongs behind the buffet..Can't you take disposable cups???So much plastic every day is thrown away..at ALL INCLUSIVE that's a lot!!!
Too bad there was no program in the evening.
Staff were so kind, beds were not made,

Very nice hotel, with nice rooms and lovely pools. There is a lot of listening from the hallway, so you can hear a lot when people just talk in the hallway - it was a bit dull when you have a belly of 1 year, which should sleep both in the afternoon and "early" evening.

The food is as you can expect, not the highest quality, but really fine. It is very much the same one gets, with some variations. Quantity over quality.

The staff are very nice, however one could have used they were a little more consistent towards the large part of Romanians who did not comply with the hotel rules etc.

It has a good location so you can quickly get down into the city and have fun!

It is probably more a 3 - star hotel according to North European standards.

We'd like to come back!

It is NOT a 4 star hotel!!!

Cleaning very deficient, we only got clean towels on day 6 á 7.
2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people in 7 days, which was not “filled up”, not even though we asked for it at the reception. The 2 glasses in the room were not changed even though they were used. The only thing the cleaning did was empty the trash and fold our duvets.

The hotel is “OVERBOOKED”, there is room for 40-50 in the pool area, but there are 3-4 x as many.
The restaurant, too, and it ⁇ does not help that the majority of the guests (the Romans) load on one plate after another, as if they were to eat for 3-4 people.

The staff seems “indifferent” to the guests, they know very very little English and are happy to speak internally, even if there are queues.

The rooms and the common areas are ok, but ⁇ not stunning, that is what should be there, but ⁇ not more, dare not think about if the weather is not good when you are there..
There is constant outside room noise, either from traffic on the road, or so from the surrounding hotels, which have a kids competition about who can play the highest..

It was the first, only and last time we were there...

The hotel itself (like construction) is OK, except for acute lack of parking spaces: for 200 rooms are only 30 parking spaces.
I do not know how it was until this year, but the receptionist weren't friendly at all, didn't smiled at all. When I ask them for a parking space, they sent me to a big hotel in the opposite site of the village, to ask there if I can park my car. And, not 200m ahead, it is a private parking (10 leva/day). We didn't know that and our car was taken and we paid 70 leva to get it back.
From Friday until Sunday they didn't clean the room at all, towels were not changed.
The food: worst food in my life (and I'm 43 years old, traveled in a lot of places, ate all kind of food). My son has got some red spots on the skin and stomach cramps. Except water, there was nothing good to drink. The coffee was execrable, soda has all Mendeleev table in it, beer has only the color, not even the flavor.

I was counting the hours until Sunday morning (when I woke up early in the morning) to go home.

I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We had a "all inclusive" package which means 3 meals a day plus snacks between meals. The food was average towards poor. Some sortiments were OK but some were really bad. For instance, there were several sortiments of minced meat that no one should really try. However, I always found something to eat, even if it was a simple slice of bread with butter.

One day we had rain and there is really nothing that you can do with your kids in this hotel, and from this point of view is not family friendly.

The selection of drinks from the bar is simply awful. I wanted to get a decent cocktail but failed to do so. Also trying to get a decent wine is a challenge and you are left to go and buy one from the supermarket.

The rooms were clean and very well cared for. If you do go to this hotel, I suggest to get a room with a view towards the sea.

All in all, it was "an interesting experience" but I would not go the second time here again.

I would recommend this hotel to families and travelers who just want to relax and hang around the hotel. Slavey looks decent ... the rooms are tastefully decorated with new furniture; the bathroom had hot water and was really clean. The TV was small and old, but who cares ... you don't go in a vacation to watch television. What I really enjoyed about this hotel was the fact that it had outdoor swimming pools (two for children and one for adults) and one indoor which had really warm water. The staff organised different activities both for children and for adults, such as: football, darts, something similar to a stand up comedy show....it was really entertaining, they really tried to make you feel good and welcomed. We took the all inclusive package which offered you three meals per day and drinks. The food was amazing. I am a vegetarian and I had many options and food to choose from. I was really stuffed. The only part I disliked were the other guests....they were grabbing all the food, putting it in bags, taking enormous plates which they didn't eat and throw away....it was such a waste of good food....You really had to fight your way through, to find an empty table and to grab food. There were too many uncivilised people....but this isn't the hotel's fault ... Anyway, it did offer you food and drinks also between the main meals ... this was a big plus!
Another advantage was the location, it is located somehow near the beach and near the center of the resort. One big disadvantage was the lack of parking spaces, this made us travel with a bus, instead of our car. All in all, we had a nice, comfortable stay and we recommend this hotel!

The rooms are large and modern but unkempt, dusty in the corners, spiders on the ceiling, traces on the floor from previous clients. The food quite good and the staff is friendly enough. The big problem was parking because we did not tip the staff at the park and "gave us" a parking place on the street where we found that our car was built by local police and taken to the warehouse where I paid 50 euros for her recovery :(. This event gave our stay a big minus.

Don't hesitate to spend your holiday at this hotel. Rooms are large, furniture is very modern, the cleaning is done everyday and the food is good but not excellent.
The hotel is close to the center of the resort and to the beach (approx. 300 m)
I was with my friends in may this year. We were a group of 24 people and we spent 2 nights at this hotel. This hotel offer you various ways to spend the time: billiards, volleyball and mini football playground and table tennis, jacuzzi, fitness, inside pool with heated water, 3 outside swimming pools (2 for adults and 1 for children).

I`ve been with my husband and 1 year old daughter to this hotel in September 2016. The room we had was perfect( double large with sea view), large, clean, beautiful, pool and sea view, in the evening was a little bit noisy(music from the bars on the beach) but it did not bother us. The food was good, little differences between the days but there were plenty of tasty dishes so you should find someting to eat, plenty of fresh fruit all the time. it took us 10 minutes on foot to get to the beach( with a cip from the reception) which was fine. The only downside to this walk are the stairs, there are a lot of stairs(i counted 52 stairs on the way to the beach, in the hotel and outside). The staff could use some more training, but they are always smiling and trying to help you. The parking place is available, but what I found odd was that they provide you a parking place(10 leva/day) but no security for the car. For the price we paid we were very happy with the services they provide.
