We were a group there for Easter time. I could absolutely stay that it is not acceptable to not have heat if you are oppened on april. In our first day we were freezing , no hot water to make shower. Even tough they have an ultra inclusive services the inside pool working at 21 degrees. Jacuzzi they dont have, the food horrible specially for the kids . At least for breakfast you had something to eat. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

We are totally satisfied by the efforts,choreography, child anlmation and amusing experience set on from Valya. The rest of the animation team, Elena and Karina were taking care more for amusement of Elena's kids and working for animation team as a boring duty.

I am really surprised to see all the 5-star opinions, but I would not rate it so high. To be honest, some parts of our stay could be rated 5-star, but overall maybe around 3, or 3.2. Our arrival was at around 14:30 on 15.08.2022. The security at the gates of the parking lot showed us where to park the car - this was a good sign because you can consider yourself lucky if there is a parking spot for you at this hotel. Actually, there are two hotels sharing the parking lot - Apollo and Helios. The parking is paid for and it will cost you 20 lev/day. The guests of both hotels also can use both outdoor swimming pools and pool bars. The check-in process was a little bit slow - we got our key at 16:00, but there was a catch, this hotel checked in its guests after 15:00. Also, guys, fix those clocks at the reception - it really doesn't look good to have "world clocks" and just the one "Sofia" working properly. The room was OK, and it had space. The AC is like a fan - but noisier. Don't expect to be cooler than 26-27. The room looked like it wasn't cleaned, and the bathroom smelled like someone just used it. The drain was clogged but stopped draining water after 3 days. There are power sockets, but the cable was not long enough, so we had to speak with the reception, to get a technician, which gave us a power cable extender. Be advised that the minibar is capable to cool down water/beer for at least 12 hours. We have white cheese with us, and kept it in the minibar, but didn't look edible after 7 nights. This is the second time this year that we were waiting to see when our room will get cleaned. And what a shock - this didn't happen in this hotel. The maid only refilled water, 1.5l, beer, and coke, and emptied the trash can. But this started to happen after day 3. On day 3 we had to ask the maid for a trash bag, to empty the trash can. As I said - cleanliness 2 points (I hope the sheets were changed prior to our arrival). The carpets on the floors looked really worn. The restaurant was OK if you can cope with the heat - a real sauna effect inside - we ate lunch and dinner on the terrace - big, but not big enough to hold all the guests of the hotel. The personnel of the restaurant was excellent. The bartender, Serghi, is always at his place and very polite person. The bussers were outstanding! Meals were good, could not complain, and variable too. I could give 5 points here. Animation - every night there is a kids' disco. Really nice, and the DJ plays some nice music. We tried to see where the nightclub is because it was stated that there should be every evening, except Monday or Tuesday I think. Eventually, we found it, but there was this nice guy, Stoyan, the bartender from the lobby bar, who was shouting at us - "Closed, closed! Personnel only!". The beach is really nice - it is 500 meters away from the hotel and there is a shuttle, which Apollo guests could use to get to the beach and from the beach to the hotel. It is usually crowded, as it runs on a strange schedule. You can reach the beach by walking, but it is not so pleasant to get back from the beach walking because it is hill climbing, not very steep, but still, it's better with the shuttle. The beach I am writing about is Riviera, they could change it next year, or the years after that. At the beach, there were some nasty flies that bite really hard, and there were a lot the first 3 days. After that, they weren't so much. As I said, the beach is really nice, there were a lot of umbrellas and sunbeds. The guests usually come early in the morning, and "reserve" umbrellas and sunbeds for their relatives, keep that in mind - it is not allowed, but every day there were such guests. The water is really clear, but a bit cooler than I expected. Nevertheless, we spent a good time at Apollo. I hope that the manager could resolve the problems addressed with this review. And finally, would I go back? Maybe, not sure about that.…

We are very happy visiting Apollo Spa Resort. In addition to the fact that this is, of course, an excellent hotel, I would like to thank the bartender Sergey. As soon as we approached, he already knew our order. I also liked that the hotel has 3 swimming pools, a gym, a sauna and a spa. Everything you need for a good holiday.

I liked it very much. The food is varied, the rooms are clean and comfortable! The sea is clear and warm. I also want to note the animation, the children's mini club is an ideal place for a child. Elena and Valya are great animators! Evening discos - just super.

Excellent and beautiful hotel, I liked everything! The food is delicious. Rooms are cleaned well and often. The staff is excellent and friendly. I liked the animation, it was fun! Elena is a good children's animator. We were very pleased.

The bartenders mix the drinks very well. Very lovely and friendly. Their treatment was very good. But I wish they would play more Iranian songs. Fun programs for children and families. I definitely suggest that you go on vacation.

The food was perfect. The spa area is very good. restaurants are super nice! But the real dimond of our trip was pilates coach Karina! she really made our stay perfect! 10 out of 10! she was so nice, friendly and helpful without her .
