Cleaning: done every day, towels changed, nothing to complain about.
Food: we had all inclusive: breakfast, lunch, dinner+snacks between lunch and dinner. The waiters serve you but you can ask for as much food as you want. The choices are diverse: eggs, sausages, hot pancakes, vegetables, fruits ( peach, plum, apple, pear, watermelon, grapes, grapefruit, orange ),cheese, olives etc for breakfast and for lunch and dinner hot grill( every day smth different: fresh grilled salmon, chicken breast, pork etc), 2 different types of soup. Beverages: unlimited but Bulgarian style and taste: beer, wine, juice, soda, water, alcoholic drinks.
Pool bar included from 10am-10 pm with cocktails and everything else you'd like.
Animation ok especially for children but could be improved for the adults.
The biggest minus: the parking. Not only it's extra charge but it's also very small for the rooms that the hotel provides. Given Covid, I imagine that only half of it was booked in peak season, they couldn't provide places for all the cars. I can only imagine in a normal year what's there...There's someone from the hotel helping you with the parking extra charge, further away.
The pool large enough but the guests, those coming from the rural areas with no education whatsoever probably, wake up and put their towels on the sunbeds from 5am to occupy a place, after that going to serve breakfast. It's not the fault of the hotel, it's about education. The sea is 200 m away so I didn't stay by the pool but just saying, it's not normal.
The same guests who aren't wearing masks at all.
The Wifi signal so and so. The quality of the drinks could be improved.
The staff were lovely, especially Eli (animator) and Angel (bartender at the pool bar).
The apartments were clean and the beds were confortable.
The pool itself is a decent size, and the water is heated, so it's good for the days when the sea is cold!
The food was also outstanding! Great breakfast, lunch and dinner (we had one evening with an all-seafood buffet which was very good!). The snack bar also had great staff and good food for when we felt like nibbling something!
The hotel is really close to the beach, and it has a back-entrance with easy access toward the shopping district and the beaches ( no more than a 5 minute walk away, if you're a slow walker ;) )
The stay was lovely and if given the opportunity, I'd definitely come here again!!
Pool is big but the water is very cold, don't understand why they call it "heated pool". In 5 days I went into the pool maybe 2 times.
Entertainment is average at best.
Meals are decent, but very low selection. Exception was Saturday night dinner.
Coffee is not good (instant coffee only).
Snack bar is having the same dishes every day (pizza , fries and crispy).
5-10 minutes walk to the beach, where you have to pay for sunbeds/umbrellas (36 leva per day).
Bar is average, all drinks are local.
Highly recommended for a family vacation!
