A very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. The reasons are listed below: - the public spaces are not sufficient for the number of guests. - parking - there is underground parking but is not enough for the number of guests. Therefore, the cars are parked on the street, close to each other. For one of the entrances, I couldn't enter in the hotel's lobby with a stroller because the cars were parked very close to each other and close to the hotel's walls. I had to go down 3 floors of stairs with the stroller and my 2 years old daughter. On top of this, they charge 20 LEV per day (around 15E) for all the cars, no matter if they are parked on the street or in the designated parking space. - sunbeds on the beach - there aren't enough for all guests so if you don't go between 06-07 in the morning and occupy one, most likely you will not be able to get one. The beach is also quite small in the area where the hotel is. I saw so many argues on the beach between the quests over the sunbeds. Quite embarrassing! - the restaurant - very crowded, noisy and messy. There are long queues formed for every meal and the food is not very tasty, disappointing even for an "all inclusive" hotel. The tables are also very close to each other and you always need to bother your neighbours when sitting down or getting up. Awful coffee and water and juice from a machine. - there is no bar on the beach and you are not allowed to take the drinks outside the hotel. - the drinks are mostly served in plastic cups and they are very bad. - not many interesting activities for the children. Similar for the adults. - some of the guests were very rude and had no respect for the others

Tomorrow will be our last day, so I can draw a conclusion about our holiday here: Positives: - beautiful hotel, nice, spacious, clean rooms - friendly staff everywhere - loved the animation team! - always managed to find delicious dishes to all our tastes at the main restaurant Negatives: - sunbeds at the beach are a joke! People wake up at 5 am (!) to get a sunbed. The beach is very narrow and sunbeds are very few in comparison with the hotel's capacity. We came to relax and enjoy, not to wake everyday before sunrise - the parking lot: if you arrive by car, there's a chance you won't find parking at the hotel, as the parking lot and the underground parking are too small. On top of that, parking is not free, it costs 20 lv per day - SPA: I checked the prices beforehand both on the website as well as on the leaflet provided upon check-in. I also had a 10% discount check. At the SPA, another price list was shown to me, with the same price as being already discounted two times, and because of that, my check couldn't be taken into account. So I would have to pay the full initial price as the "discounted" price. It's not about the amount, because 10% is not that much, it's the concept. So I opted out. - lack of a beach bar. There is a beach bar near the hotel's beach area but it doesn't belong to the hotel so you have to pay for what you order Overall it was a beautiful, positive experience, but the biggest drawback for us were the sunbeds. If somehow the issue would be resolved in the future, we would be more than happy to come back.

Excellent hotel, the rooms are modern, clean, beautiful design. The staff is young, friendly and helpful (early check in). Very good and diversificate food every day ( thematic Asian and Italian dinner). The BEST ANIMATION TEAM EVER ❤ (good work Iuri, Sasha & co 🙂) - a lot of smile and joy for children and adults throught the day. A five stars holiday! 🌞

I stayed with my family at the end of June at this amazing hotel and we enjoyed every second there. We weren't sure if there would be a parking spot, but the girls at the reception explained to us that we could park at the private parking in the hotel. They very nice and told us everything we need to know about the animation, the beach, bars etc. We were happy to see that our room was cleaned every day. The food was amazing, and we were happy to see that there are vegetarian options because one of my daughters doesn't eat meat. Everyone from the staff was so nice, always smiling. We sure will come back again soon.

Staying in this hotel was an amazing experience. We are returning guests and had a amazing stay last year as well. We were a bit worried regarding the parking; however, it seems that the hotel was obtained the right to another parking lot; this, we were able to find space relatively easy.the receptionists were professional and managed to explain everything that was needed very thoroughly. Our room had a sea view and we could let be more happier with the panorama. The housekeeping staff managed to clean our room on schedule even though the whole hotel was packed. There are several restaurants on-site, which offer delicious food and pleasant service. There was a variety of events organized by the hotel animations department which was suitable for families with children or for those who prefer to have a fun time with their significant other. Although the price of the hotel rooms are higher than average for this region, we found them to be match the expectation we had from this establishment. Will return definitely next year, or even sooner!
