We visited this hotel at the end of August, the first bad impression was the receptionist, who gave us to fill in COVID declarations, which she herself was not very familiar with the content. It was hard to find the hotel even with GPS, but there is a private parking and it is free for hotel guests. We was on HB, so we started up with dinner, restaurant is big and clean, they provide guests masks and gloves, whenever they are in the food area, great variety of everything, the chef stays there and observe, whenever anything finished it’s fulfilled, if anything’s drops in the floor immediately is picked up and thrown in to the garbage, it was never crowded there. Since drinks are not included in HB, except for “cold drink” and water, the staff from the bar were very kind and talkative. Unfortunately, that might be the only + for our stay. Hotel is old but renovated, although you have like 4 floors without an elevator, we knew that, but we saw that there were some staff taking the luggage of foreign tourist, we picked up our on our own. The room was spacious, but WIFI is really poor, TV is like 5 channels, there is NO hairdryer in the bathroom! Pool closes at 5 p.m. so is the kids playground. The way to the beach is not very pleasant I have to say. Anyway, although tall mentioned above, we were ready to stay 2 more nights, at reception gives up a price and we agreed, later on the same night they call and told us a different price, so we left. I don’t know if we would go at this hotel again. If you like Golden Sands and are looking for good food, may be that is your place.

We are here now-I’m writing this from my sunbed. Pool-very clean, plenty of beds, attentive lifeguard. Room-very big, with fridge and tv. A few English language programmes if you flick through. Cleaned daily. Food-breakfast is great, you can pretty much have a cooked breakfast, or continental if you prefer. Area-5 mins in one direction you have shops/bars/restaurants and the main ‘strip.’ 5 mins the other way, you have the breach, and another long strip of entertainment/shops, including a casino, water park, and the Eiffel Tower! Trips-we went on the ‘Bulgarian Village’ trip, £25 each. A full day, including a boat ride, visit to the Stone Forest, and a meal at a traditional restaurant with folklore show! Was brilliant. It’s definitely more expensive by the beach compared to the town. We paid £300 each for this holiday for 9 nights, flights from Liverpool-Varna.

The hotel was clean, which i appreciated. We stayed for 3 nights with breakfast and dinner and the meals were very good but not that diversified. It is relatively close to the beach 6 mins walk. The room was small but clean. The balcony was pretty big. The hotel does not have elevator until the 4th floor due to the way it is constructed, but the stairs are easy to walk trough as you just go ahead. The staff was very helpful and nice. There was only one thing i did not like and that was the fact that i could hear the person in the other room snore loud and clear, even though the walls were made from concrete.

24/7 desk with very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are good sized and clean. Carpet could use a refurbishment. Small and clean pool on the back. The hotel is well located - 10 minutes walk away from the beach and the night clubs. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants close by as well. Please be aware the elevator only goes from the 4th floor up so if you have low mobility and get a room above floor 4, you might struggle going up the 4 flights of stairs.
