This was a splurge on our Bulgaria trip, and a chance to just kick back and relax for a couple of nights. Well, the price was extremely reasonable for the level of amenities and service. We got a big balcony on a high floor to enjoy the sea view. Underground parking was free of charge. The included breakfast buffet options were varied and generous. No complaints at all!

We have just checked in International Hotel Casino and Tower Suites and we were surprised to find a towel full of blood in the bathroom. Called the Reception immediately, informing about the issue. When asked how we deal with this situation Mr. Stan Stoychev ‘s answer was “someone will come and pick it up”. What we would expect from a 5* hotel is to change and upgrade room asap, but we were told changing the room is easy, upgrading it is impossible! Even so, we had to go down at the Reception in order to ask for our room to be changed. All they could offer was a twin room w sofa excusing themselves there os no other king size bed room available.

The international, the s a big modern hotel , with a Casino in-house (which I didn’t visit) Rooms are big and modern , good bed , bathroom very small . Breakfast and dinner are good , very rich and varied. The hotel is just overlooking the beach and the promenade. Service at the front desk was just fair , not more .

We have been for 5 days in the hotel in its old part and the holiday was just a disappointment. We had a blockage in the toilet which caused the smell of sewage in the room and water leaking from the toilet. When we complained, a maintenance man arrived and could not handle the problem. We complained 3 times and each time he came and the problem was not resolved. None of the hotel staff bothered to contact us and check if the problem was resolved and how was our feeling. We just stayed for 4 nights in a sewer-like room. When we were asked how it was at the hotel and told how we felt the receptionist said it was probably a case of bad luck. Unlucky ??? Shame on a hotel that defines as a 5 star that the receptionist answers such an answer. Service under all criticism !! Besides, the food is the same every day and the staff of the dining room are very uninviting and not nice. The hotel is not recommended at all!…

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good mood just by the sandy beach. Sure is at maximum in summer. Prices are unbelievable. Casino is vey cosy. Will come again. Amneties are very high quality. Nice and seaview rooms.

The location is good but the hotel does not have its own beach. The room was spacious with a nice view and an interesting design. Same time the furniture was rather old and many things needed renovation. The breakfast food was tasty yet the same day after day. The biggest inconvenience was the level of noise all day long. It was nearly impossible to take afternoon naps which I like to do on my holidays.
