It was the kind of vacation where we didn't have to do anything, just relax. Since we arrived, a young lady made our accommodation in 2 minutes, told us where to park the car for free and gave us 2 coupons for a free drink at the hotel bar. In the room we found 2 bottles of water with a nice message like "we imagine you are thirsty, and as a reward for choosing us we leave these 2 bottles" every day, along with new towels and cleaning in the room I received those 2 bottles. Everything was wonderful. Extremely friendly staff.

The hotel is a very old one.
The lobby is nice and gives a good, first impression but the rooms are super outdated with very small bathrooms, you barely can turn around inside!
The room had stains from cigarettes on the carpet and was strictly non smoking, no coffee, tea making facilities with only two small 330 ml bottles of water complimentary ( they couldn’t even been 500 ml for 130$ per night ) very disappointing. The facilities were for 3 or max 4 star hotel but 5 starts is ridiculously given for this property.
Breakfast choice was not bad but again most of items we’re of very low quality ( cut if cost ) and tasteless. Coffee provided was ok.
The only thing we liked was the infinity pool area which has a very nice view to the sea but again water in the pool was cold and you need to be early in the morning to find a spot and staff working there had placed Reservation sign on most chairs and tables. What about the rest of the guests of the hotel?!
Summary: stay not worth the money you pay.

The aspect of the building, the location, the reception and the outside pool deserve 5 stars.
But the rooms from the old part of the hotel and the food from half board barley 3 stars. The room is very spacious and full of light, but the moment you enter you feel a stale smell of tobacco from the days the smoking was allowed in the rooms. Also, the room lack the style you would expect from a 5 stars hotel. My recommendation is to stay in the new part of the hotel.
Our option was half board but, after the first dinner, we regreted, and for the other 2 dinners we made reservations at restaurants ouside the hotel. Though, I think a la carte food is good, judging from the quality of the snacks we had at the pool. But half board is not a good option.

I Will start with the positive and the only positive is the view. The food was worse food ever. Scarce choice and you Will be left hungry as it tastes really bad. You wait in line for like 10 minutes for just coffee. Staff is rude. Most of them. The pool was cold and even if some might prefer it around the pool was packed with People that are not from the hotel. Only they were swtved and when We asked for some food and drinks We were told very rudely that We need to take them our selves from the Bar. Wine is like vineger and food you Can only buy around the pool. For the price We paid We felt very uncomfortable. When We checked out We wanted to fill some cuos of water and We were refused as We checked out. It is only water...... No words. For even half the price i would not recommend.... But for that much it was rediculous.

I went to many hotels in Bulgaria and honestly this was the worst despite it has 5 stars
The food was not good at all and doesn't have a variety of food its like you can this or you can starve, i respect the safty measures that have been taken at your property but in the food court its was stupid and unorganized.
The rooms are quit good.
The pool was so so much cold i couldn't stay there for 5 minutes despite i announced the staff ,it was cold the other day and it's like freezing.
Some of the staff were not friendly and its like you obligated them to work
I came to your hotel with my friends and came back later with my family and i didn't think for a minute to book again at your property and if you would like i can send you the food court and the service's that a 4 star hotel is better the what you provide

This is hardly a 3 star hotel. The room view is awesome, but the amenities are bad. But the thing that has shoked me was the quality of the food. Not a big choice and the alcohol is close to terrible, I mean if you're a 5 star hotel you don't serve Kamenitza beer from a bottle at the pool. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are more or like the same every day and the selection of a different dishes is shockingly low. From this type of hotel I am expecting a lot more.

Overall only good things.
Plus: Large rooms, clean rooms and hotel, good and varied food, very good service. A big plus for IVA, the girl from reception, very kind, always with a smile on her face and very calm, deserves a salary increase :) Minus : There is no ventilation or a fan in the bathroom to draw condensation and odors (this also affects the smell in the room), the fact that a deposit of 10 levs is required at the SPA reception for beach towels (towels can be added on the number of the room and in case you don't bring them back on departure they can be billed there, I think it is much more convenient for everyone).
I also had a less pleasant situation with, probably one of the people in charge of the room restaurant. we were a group of 6 friends, and at the table we needed to join 2 tables so that we could all sit down, we always asked permission from the employees who were very kind to help us, instead on Saturday night after we joined the meals, I repeat , with the consent of one of the employees, a girl who was most likely one of the managers of the room, i did not remember her name unfortunately, shorter and brunette, while we ate she picked us up from the table on the grounds that we are not allowed to join the tables. I explained to her that I asked permission from another employee but with an inappropriate and very arrogant attitude he insisted on getting up and took us to a separate room where there is also a smoking terrace. I tried to explain to her that he does not have the right attitude and that such a situation is not managed this way but he did not want to hear my opinion (I mention that I also manage a store with an area of ​​5000mp, 80 employees and somewhere at 2000 clients a day, so I think he would have learned something if he wanted to listen to my opinion)
In the end I can only say that it was a pleasant stay somewhere with a grade of 9+ and I would definitely return and I have already recommended your hotel to some friends.

The hotel is very central, looks nice from the outside & foyer, and the room was a good size & kept clean. That’s where the good stuff ends!
The first morning we were woken up by the cleaner banging on the door for room service at 0830!!! We put the do not disturb sign on after that but they shouldn’t be there at 0830😡.
The pool area looks nice but the whole time there is banging music playing so not relaxing.
The lifts are few and small so you routinely have to wait ages for a lift.
The real let down was the food. The restaurant caters for Middle Eastern guests who must like their food cold - Everything was cold! Breakfast was especially bad - cold eggs, pancakes, omelettes, the list goes on! Even to get toast was a challenge - 2 toasters were so low powered it generally took 4 passes to get bread looking brown! Each morning I left breakfast angry and still hungry😡😡.
The hotel clientele is predominantly from the Middle East which I have no problem with, but if the hotel, supposedly a 5 Star hotel, are unable to provide hot, even warm, food then I would advise any British tourists to stay away 🤬🤬

If you dream to be looked down by staff, enjoy a small overcrowded pool with extremely loud music, benefit from a cheap food buffet and rude service, when it occasionaly happen..., this hell place is for you.
From you arrival with the worse welcoming reception i have ever experienced in 30 years, to a complete lack of guidance either on hotel facilities or surrounding, from the rules to use the parking to the begging you need to do to get a towel at the pool in this "inclusive" hotel... everything is there to make a memorable experience. RUN AWAY !!!

The pictures on booking are misleading. You will dream of a 5 star hotel and when you get there you will feel like a 3 star hotel. In room 1404 the bathroom smells bad, the toilet lid is I think the cheapest on the market, the tiles are falling, the door is rotten. Maximum disorganization. The first day we lost it by understanding where we have to get towels for the sea and where for the pool. In all inclusive you are promised a sunbed and an umbrella but know that they are not reserved for the room! If you do well, if not ... that's it. There are about 30 umbrellas for the whole hotel. There is no all inclusive bar menu, obviously you are given sub-brands from well-known drinks. If you want coke, it's paid. There are two bars, one for all inclusive and one for all inclusive. Unprepared staff. I was asked to pay twice for the reservation. At the buffet every day we were passed by only one person, although the reservation was for 4 and each time we had to explain it to him. At the hotel we were given the indication that the ones on the right (the beautiful ones made of straw) of the hotel are for us when there .. they are the disappointing ones on the left. The casino does not accept Leva, ONLY EURO. Instead the good points were the underground parking included, good food and comfortable bed.

All rooms have a shower and some also have a bathtub
We stayed in this resort in the 3rd week of May last year, and the weather was great. The sea was a bit rough a few afternoons, and it rained the day we came home, but it was mainly hot and sunny, and the resort was all open from mid May.
