The hotel is not really 4 stars, I would rather give it only 3.5 stars. the location is quite far from the beach, we used to walk there for about 20 minutes. We stayed in a family room with a large double bed and 2 sofa beds. The furniture is a bit old and the walls a bit dirty. The 6 nights we stayed there, our towels were changed only once, the bed linen was not. Cleanliness is not a strong point, it should be insisted more, especially in the bathrooms, both in the room and those at the reception, restaurant and pool. The water in the pool was not very clean, it had a lot of sand and dry leaves in it. Also, the yard and the stairs leading to the yard were quite dirty. The food was good, tasty, but it consisted only of cooked dishes, we did not have grilled meat or fish on any day. Which for us was a minus. Also, there is no bottled water, only by the glass from the dispenser and you have to ask for the bartender during the day. The animators were nice and they tried to do their job as well as possible. Bartenders were so-so, seemed a bit tired and the treatment was tipped or not. Instead, the waiters were very operative, immediately picking up the empty plates and cleaning the tables. Parking quite expensive 20BGN per day and there were not even parking spaces, but the space in front of the hotel. The time interval for lunch and dinner seemed quite short to us, I think it could be extended by at least 1 hour each. Overall, it was a pleasant vacation that we enjoyed.

We just came back today, one day earlier especially because of food. Excepting salads and pancakes, everything was tasteless and extremely cheap incredients. Not even a steak in 7 days. For children was horrible...my daughter ate 7 days pancackes and bread with butter at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, sancks were the same for 7 days.
The good part was the animation team. Very nice and dedicated guys.
Pool was clean and all pool area was nice, with enough chairs.
Room was big enough, bed confortable, cleaning every day. Wi fi was terrible.
All stuff was friendly and helpfull.
Quite long distance to beach.
Conclusion: we will not come back :(

Fabulous time at this hotel. George from the animation team was superb... Waterpolo was amazing fun... Great with the Children and very accomadating to our family and knew us all by name. He worked tirelessly to keep us entertained and engaged throughout our stay. We started our visit out of season and it was lovely and peaceful. Through out the visit it got busier which was great. The food was lovely especially the pancakes! We loved the variety. Everyone was helpful and the hotel is spotlessly clean! Would love for there to be more lifts as we had a buggy and there's quite a few stairs. Very eager to clear plates and the cocktails on all inclusive ( green band) need updating and to be more flavourful as Can often be overpowered by spirit measument. Overall a fantastic visit and we would be back.

We arrived very late at night, there was no food ( some hotels keep sandwiches and bits for late arrivals) we were signed in quite quickly , it is quite a Dated Hotel we were on the 4 th floor and our room was big but dated furniture, in saying that the bed was very comfy. We had a view of the gardens and trees and could just see the sea. Nice big shower room and toilet but it looked like a prison cell it was like concrete on walls and floor and painted a dark Grey. There was a lot of dust on furniture. The restaurant was ok but the food was a bit mixed there was always pork beef chicken and different potatoes with different mixes in them chips were always on offer ,there was wasabi mash ( not for us) the breakfast was not to our taste as it was all spiced there was chopped up bits of bacon frankfurters black beans , the scrambled egg was milky and seemed like it had hard boiled egg in it . We managed to get fried egg on toast every morning. The salad is ok but not often meat we liked ( non spicy) there was 8 bowls of various olives. The staff worked hard and cleared plates away quickly but they hardly ever smiled and never ever spoke one evening two waitresses stood at door to welcome people but even though we smiled at them they never smiled or spoke.. it was very weird . Not very welcoming at all. The drinks were nice and pool looked beautiful they were always cleaning sunbeds and area round pool. We were the only English people in the hotel for a few days and it was hard to ask for directions but we did find a few people who spoke English. It was end of season there wasn’t any entertainment in the evenings though we did see a chap with an outfit with ears think he may have been part of kids entertainment but we never saw anything going on . We did get a bus to Varna it was only 2 lev each Varna is really nice lovely day out
i would suggest if you have mobility issues you don’t go here as theres a good few steps and hilly down to front ( which was lovely) pavements are dangerous trip hazards walk on the roads. The beach and prom was great A sandy beach . Though the waves can get very rough . Lots of little beach shops all along a couple of restaurants and bars. We did eat out one evening in a restaurant on the way from hotel to beach at a restaurant called the Lava stone .. my husband had the best steak he has ever had it was tender no gristle and huge and cooked to perfection. We had a nice holiday and would go back but not to this hotel

The room was broken, and we found 5 dead insects lying around, it was dustweb all over the bathroom and around the table.
The door moldings was ripped off and broken and some was glued to the door as an atemt to fix it.
The shower had only cold water for 3/7 days we where staying, and the food was terrible as well.
The most disturbing thing was that even all those things, you can’t complain about it becouse the people in the reseption can’t speak more than 5 words in english, and was far to busy looking to their phones. They do not offer any discount or anything to make up for it, but then again, they cant speak english here.

BUT! The show and animation teams was awesome, and did a really great job!
But sadly all things in total makes it terrible! We will never visit this hotel again, and strongly recomend other resorts!

The hotel doesn't worth 4 stars. The room was dirty, they didn't change the towels or the bedding and the toilet didn't fonction well. Also the hotel didn't have a parking, they send you to park at 200m from the hotel in an undevelopped place(on a hill) with earth on the ground, stones and broken glass.
The positive part was the restaurant which has a dedicated manager.
The staff from the reception was rude and unprofessional.

We spent a week here in June and had a great time.
The animation team, George, Damien, Bobby, Silvia and Seline were absolutely amazing. They were always offering activities throughout the day to keep the whole family entertained. My husband loved the water polo, my youngest loved the mini disco and myself and our 17 yr old loved the shuba game each afternoon. Well done guys you made our holiday!
The food was nice, plenty of fresh fruit and salad and something different on the menu each day. The kids especially enjoyed the pancakes at breakfast time.
Our room was generous in size and the general cleanliness of the hotel was good.
We really enjoyed our stay here.

The price performance of the hotel is low. The only good thing is that it is surrounded by greenery. The food was very very bad. The employees were quite good. I would especially like to thank Ms. Seçil. Especially pork was included in the menus. While visiting during the Eid al-Adha holiday, a good hotel management, knowing that it was a holiday, could have focused on meals in accordance with Islamic conditions for its potential Turkish customers. Just like a special menu is created for Crismas. It would be a gesture. In short, we were not at all satisfied.

Food was good, but cleaning at the pool area was very poor. Rubbish and bird poop everywhere. They didn't clean pool area properly even once in a hole week, so everything drifted to the swimmingpool!
This is not a four star Hotel.
Animation team was best in this hotel:)

Hi , sorry but I'm unable to answer your questions, I was there late September the weather was ok hot and a couple days of rain. The indoor pool I guess is heated and should be open, mind you you might have to pay extra to use it like sauna or jacuzzi! Those are extras not part of the all inclusive. The hotel is great clean and close to the beach, good luck with the bar staff, they are or were horrible unless they have trained them properly. Enjoy
