The rooms are small, our shower was broken and never any hot water. We constantly had to ask for clean towels and toilet rolls, our room never got cleaned once in the 8 days we were there. The food was disgusting and they quite often ran out of it. They made pizzas for afternoon snack bar on open side for hours before cooking them, flies crawled.all over them. The bar quite often ran out of beer, wine spirits and soft drinks. A lot of the tiles around the pool were broken.

Everything is perfect in this hotel, including apartments, nature and the environment as a whole. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym, spa. The hotel was very nice and the food was fresh and various. But the thing is that Svetoslav the Barman made everything much better, he made the tastiest cocktails.
