Me and my company are very happy to be in this hotel. Our relax was better than we thought, because of the animation team. One of the animators Svetlio was the best sport animator, who was always wet from the pool. Also Kati and Lika were good at their kids animation. Very good food, super beer and wine and nice personal. Thank you! Hope to see you again.

Worst food I ever tasted in my trips. Far away from the beach.zero entertainment... The outside pool was empty and the inside one was fool of chlorine instead of water. My shorts went from blue to grey...

Horrible staff, horrible food, you will not find here bottled water, ugly and dirty beach.horrible local drinks. I had to go in the city to eat even if I had all inclusive. The all. Inclusive concept here is a 1 star. This hotel is a bad bad joke, maximum 2 stars. The staff is very rude. It was an awful Holliday.

To start with staff at the reception barely speak English so asking for something fixed or changed usually ends up with same excuse 'come back when manager will be here' if you ask what time they arrive, no one actually knows. Room does look nice, quite big as well but no one cleans it even though website says it's being done daily. No one even vacuums the carpet although we see cleaners everyday dragging the vacuum for one side of hotel to the other. Cleaners SOMETIMES come in to bring toilet paper and change towels. Talking about towels we started holiday with 5 of them 2 big ones 2 face towels and one for the feet during first week we were left with 3 for some reason. Also we found our room left with door wide open twice, nothing disappeared but still a very unpleasant thing to find. Another problem we had was drain in the shower, water was barely going down. We surprisingly found person at the reception who spoke English and told her about the problem she immediately called someone and within 10 minutes 'handyman' showed up, he checked the drain and instead of cleaning it or something he took the top of and left it on the side and walked of saying it's now okay. We thought it's just a temporary fix but it was left like that till the end of holiday. Hotel itself is kinda quiet and quite small and that's fine but considering it's not busy and it's not that big in the first place it was really dirty. If there is something on the ground staff won't pick it up, they just pass by like there's nothing there. Leaves and sand in the pool which is weird cause there is no sand close by. During two week stay we haven't seen anyone cleaning the pool as well. Maybe they do it at night, not sure. Sunbeds by the pool dirty and some even missing bolts so not really stable, umbrellas barely can stand and for some reason really dirty on the inside, like ketchup or some other sauce stains. How? Then the walkway to the beach... Not much of it. Really uneven downhill road that doesn't look safe especially if you're with flip flops which you probably are with cause you're going to the beach. Restaurant and the food. Restaurant looks quite decent and clean. Food is okay although pretty much everyday of our stay it was the same not bad but expected more from a 4* hotel. The only real problem with food was it runs out. You have to come in as soon as they start serving to be able to choose what you're having otherwise you're having what's left. And I don't mean 10 minutes as an example lunch left I mean an hour left and there are empty trays and plates. All in all if you would know how it actually is before going there you wouldn't be so disappointed. But yeah first time like this when description and photos didn't reflect the reality at all.
