Detailed Reviews
👍Very big room and bathroom, daily cleaning, diverse and very tasty food, flexible hours for eating, snack bar from 7 till 23, outside spaces for lunch, very kind personnel-using mask, gloves and plastic safety for face, extremly accurate personnel for keeping guests safe -follow them to ware gloves inside restaurant, desinfectant spray, pool inside, utside and small one for kids all-cleaned daily, bar at the pool, kind and nice young animateur for kids and guests, close to the sea, the sea is not to deep for about 30 meters, excellent for kids.
👎No hotel chairs at the sea (9leva for 2 chairs with pillows and 1 umbrella)
Free parking, but asked for 30 leva from security guys.
It was a great experience, I totally recomend.

All staff were really lovely, animation team was excellent, same for cleaning staff. Towels were changed daily, bedding every couple of days, all problems with the room were solved in very timely manner. Food was varied. Definitely worth getting a sea view room, it was fantastic. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Just arrived back from this hotel with friends and family. After some of the reviews I was not sure what to expect but we were all very pleased.
The hotel lobby is modern and clean with a nice bar area. The piano bar - snack area also nice with terrace . Every morning cleaners were working hard around the hotel and pool. The pool itself I was worried would be too small but actually worked out fine with plenty of space for what we needed , some of the loungers could do with replacing but we usually managed to get some all together- there were eight of us. The restaurant gets busy , the food was what I expected from all inclusive it was plentiful and sometimes repetitive, staff were clearing your plates as soon as you finished so nothing was left sitting next to you . We had a park view room which was clean and comfortable, trying to get two teenaged to share the sofa bed unfortunately didn’t work as it’s small so we did have to go and buy an airbed . The animation isn’t for everyone but the team are fun and friendly and by the end of the week we joined in with darts and a movie quiz which we all really enjoyed. The hotel doesn’t seem to get many English people when we were there it was mainly visitors from Germany and Romania . The beach and resort is just across the road we found a couple of nice restaurants to try and a drink on the beach in a bar , they do tend to cater for more German tastes . We would definitely go back we had a great time !

I just had the best massage ever by a masseur called Evo/Ivo...sorry about the spelling.
It was at Hotel Marina right next to the arrogance music factory/club.
He was so professional, funny, and an absolute magician with his hands. He cares about what the client wanted and knew where all the muscles were and how to relieve all the tension in them.
It costed 120 levs, I got the basic Turkish 'rub' in a steamed room and then a full body massage. It's for 95 minutes and totally worth it.
They are so nice, I went from a different hotel. It has a very professional layout which I would have expected to have cost me a lot more.
You can get a face mask and extras at like 20 or 30 lev more.
I would recommend it to everyone and would have gone back if I wasn't leaving today.

First of all I would like to say that we had a lovely time. This was a family holiday and the entertainment team really made my daughter happy. She loved the discos and the shows.
Our room was on the 7th floor and it was cleaned well and the views of the sea were amazing.
A few not so good points
Double bed was two singles not the best
Bad Smell from bathroom
Decor tired and carpets worn/dirty
Not a 4 star. Looks modern from outside but all inclusive only includes local spirits/beers and soft drinks. Cocktails chargeable
Pool area dirty needs modernising. Never seen anything cleaned with jet wash. Sun beds and mattresses dirty. Area to over crowded
Indoor pool not heated advertised in correctly !!
Restaurant staff miserable and never smile. No interaction serious staff training required
Hotel is more suited to Germans/Romanians. Nothing in English
Reception staff and bar staff were lovely aswell as cleaners
Good repetitive and best is taken as soon as it’s put out. Not the best.
No kettle in room or English tea
Lifts not enough and slow
Music from bars on beachfront can be loud

In principle we did not have contracted this hotel but they gave us because the one we had contracted was the COOEE Mimosa Sunshine Hotel - it was closed I suppose it would be an unforeseen since it was contracted well in advance, it is true that we came to see what it was like and what it looked like It had been closed for quite some time, but even while we were there we saw how stories were uploaded on the networks as if it were open, the truth is that the change they made to us was a success, the people were very attentive, some too much the play boy at the interior dining room bar ended up being make you a little uncomfortable, I was more focused on flirting than on serving you, the meals were good, it was a bit repetitive but there was something to choose from, it's true that the date we went was the end of September and that area looks like everything is closed in winter, many hotels They were already working. We will have to return in the summer and we would almost certainly repeat the hotel, the pool area was good, many sun loungers, hammocks, a pleasant place to sunbathe, the only drawback is the excess of wasps hanging around the pool and surrounding areas, the spa was closed and off, I don't know if it's paid but anyway, if you hire it, they would have to be on, if you have to wait for it to warm up, I don't see it. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable balcony, we took two rooms, one facing the beach and the other facing the back, but both were good. Then, since luck influences everything, you cannot criticize a hotel for a specific event, but there would be reasons for our maid to leave us towels with figures every day, in my granddaughter's and nieces' room they barely made the beds.
It had a nightclub on the ground floor that was reserved for a group so that's why I don't think about having drinks outside hehe. Crossing a small road we were on the beach and where the food and beverage stalls are, the location of the hotel is ideal to be close to the beach, bars and terraces.

Good basic hotel, you get what you pay for. A little tired looking but clean. Staff experience varied, reception very unhelpful, one member of staff even answered a text message whilst dealing with a query! Reception tried to overcharge for a telephone call. Staff at lobby bar miserable. Some staff need a course in customer service. However, the cleaner on our floor (8) was amazing together with the ladies in the piano bar. Food, mediocre, you won't starve but will be sick of pork and chicken and the same salad stuff by day 4! Alcoholic drinks watered down. Location, right on the seafront with lovely views, however, you will feel like you are in the middle of a rave for 20 hours of the day as the two nearby beach bars compete to break the sound barrier and are so loud that even with the double glazed patio doors shut you can still it as clear as a bell. End part of the holiday ruined by the arrival of large group of German men, loudly singing and chanting and thinking it was ok to scream and shout from the balcony at 5am. Probably not the best choice of hotel if you want to relax.

The hotel itself is clean. The bar staff and cleaning staff are lovely and helpful. The restaurant manager is arrogant and was very unpleasant to us. He snatched a tray off of my husband who was bring drinks to me because I had covid and was suffering chemotherapy after effects. He would tell staff off in front of customers - several times. His attitude was so unkind and he needs some help to be kinder and more pleasant. We had covid whilst we were there and were given terrible food to eat and they didn’t care that I have coeliac disease and included foods with gluten. I could not eat much anyway but when my husband was better and our covid had gone, he went to bring food to me that I could eat and that wouldn’t affect me. I was still poorly in other ways. The restaurant manager snatched food off of my husband telling him he couldn’t take it out of the restaurant without even being reasonable and listening. He was very aggressive and for this reason we won’t visit here again. The hotel manager didn’t se to care either and we were just left. It felt like they were all talking about us wherever we went after this. This holiday was supposed to be a rest after my chemotherapy and before my breast surgery. We are very upset. Because of all that had happened, we felt bullied and uncomfortable.
The medical team took good care of us. The all inclusive drinks were okay but there are no cocktails. The soft drinks were great. Our room was beautiful with a gorgeous view and felt private.

Worse place ever. The rating should be downgraded from 4 stars to 1 star. We paid an all inclusive 3 day package and all we got as main meal was frozen vegetables and bread battered onion rings and low quality fish fingers. When they brought the one tray with the lowest quality chicken meat, it was raw. The soup looked like left overs from the night before skinless sausages. The few pictures below don't need any comments. Take your money and spend it somewhere else. You deserve better, than this fals advertising with bells and whistles.

Very average catering with often the same thing at buffets, very mediocre desserts with always the same cream cakes, fresh fruit as apples and grapes. Staff very unpleasant especially the two bartenders the one with the ponytail and the one with the beard. Do not understand our English and make all to be unpleasant never a smile, do not answer our hellos nor thank you we see that we French are not welcome. As for the return transport included to the airport no info you French people by yourself the Pension Reception does not care completely. Too bad if Bulgaria wants to bet on tourism it will have to be kinder to the Bulgarian staff especially the men and make efforts we did not come on vacation to have it yelled at.
