We had an average experience during our stayat this hotel. The staff was kind with us except the staff from the eating pleace, they were very unhappy to be there. The rooms were very clean, the food was ok but when the hotel it's running at full capacity, there aren't enough places at dinner or at the bar in the evening. The minibar contains 2 kids juices and 2 beers (they say that the minibar it's included in the rooms price) and at the coffee maker you have to ask the staff to give you more capsules because the maids aren't refilling the drawer. Unfortunately our worst experience was with ones of our conationals, the romanians who comes there to show off their lack of good behave. P.S: The hotel it's full of kids who aren't affraid to bother you with water splashs and their parents aren't doing anything about that.…

I was very disappointed of the services received. I was here with few years ago and everything was perfect, and now the raport between quality and price is nor relevant. The worst holiday on the Bulgarian seaside. Very dirty, poor offer at the bar. About the food quality, you can check the picture.

Well…i’ve been here 3 years ago and it was very pleasant…we came back and now it is not as we remembered… We arrived at 9.30 in the morning because, as all Romanians we had to avoid the traffic at the border with Bulgaria. It was the first time in almost 20 years since i started to come to Bulgaria, when i couldn’t park and go to the beach till the check in time. A young man from the reception told us to go for a walk till 12.30…yes, indeed, the check in is at 14 o’clock but it was the first time this happened to me….He was also a little bit stiff and bored…. We left and we park in a parking place were we paid 15 leva for 3 hours. We went to the beach were we paid 39 leva for 2 chaise langue, an umbrella and a mattress… So, our holiday started well 😕 Brief, the hotel is clean, the room spotless, the food very tasty and various, the staff from animation team, bar, restaurant, very nice and hard working The animation team speaks a little Romanian, this is a first ! But they played some Romanian music, even manele 🤬 The bad thing is the beach which is far away and this is not a problem, the problem is that from 150 places with umbrellas, now, they only have 50 ! And they say nothing on the site of the hotel ! They say it is a problem with the beach administrator but i don’t believe it because the other private beach from another hotel is normal. So, everybody runs in the morning to catch an umbrella and a good spot. Some people go first thing in the morning with their own cars, others walk for 2,5 km… THE BUS is dirty, old and crowded! The program start only at 9 o’clock, even if the breakfast starts at 7.30, and everybody is trying to catch it ! The have also a microbus to carry all the people to the beach All the drivers are rude ! The pool is not big enough for 200 rooms, it is almost impossible to catch a place The animation is ok but the music is too loud and ends too late in the night, even at 23.16 o’clock… Even if the majority guests are Romanians there is NO single one TV program in Romanian, only German…i don ‘t understand why…not even Eurosport or some news program in English or Romanian… The internet is very poor, hundreds of guests and a poor wifi…i couldn’t use it during the day So, 2 stars for the beach, the bus, the pool, some of the people 0 stars for Golden Sands which is beyond dirty, is filthy!!!!!! And Romanians, even if they are 90% of the resorts guests, are, from my point of view, badly treated…yes, indeed, some of them are rude and they don’t know how to behave… 5 stars for the hotel cleaning, the rooms, the lady who clean our room 10 stars, the food, the cooks, animation team and the young people from the restaurant, bars, the cleaning staff around the terrace For my family it was the last time in Bulgaria and the last time at Viva……

First of all I want to thank the animation team for keeping us all entertained..There is no way you get bored with all the activities like zumba, water gymnastics, water polo, darts and many more. In the evenings there is mini disco for all the children and after that there is an evening entertainment program which can be either a live show, games or a dance party. It was by far the greatest vacation I went to in Bulgaria, all without leaving the hotel. Second, the food is delicious! They have themed dinners, including asian or italian cuisine and very tasty desserts. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help with information. There are hand sanitizers and masks at the restaurant, however not many people keep the mask on for too long (it’s not the hotel’s fault in my opinion, everyone should be responsible for this). I definitely recommend this hotel and I will come back to it everytime I want to go to Bulgaria!…

The hotel was amazing, very relaxing whit a nice pool. It has great coctails and great food. The rooms are clean and big. The animation team was amaizing they make a lot of activites whit the guest and made our holiday great.

Good hotel, clean and very relaxing with a nice pool! The food was delicious, the sweets not so good, but was a lot of fruits and other good things! The entertainment team was amazing, funny and they make a lot of activities with the guests! Gaby, Miro, Vlado, Zori and Mimi! We enjoy a lot our stay at VIVA HOTEL

Hello . I want to share my experience at Viva Club in golden sands. Keep in mind that are 6 hotels only open in all golden sands and everyone try to get as manny tourist they can to pass this epidemic. Ok fist of all . Like i say’d in title is second time when i come to this hotel , first visit was last year around same time and everything was beautiful . Good food , good divertissement, clean rooms and i can continue . Now we kinda go for the same hotel because we know what to find . BIG Surprise . We are now on our 5 day here and i just wait to finish and to go home . Allmost everything is worse than at a 3 stars hotel . Same food every day , 3 types of main food , if you have bad luck and you don’t like those too you eat some salad and that’s it . Sweets ??? You need to be in first 20 ppl to be able to get some , otherwise only icecream remain , and daily same thing . Also they change animation team probably because the last year guys they was too good and they was too expensive for them . Now we stay at the pool half of day without music , they have 3 games who they repeat and if you did the bad decision to go they keep you 3 h for 1 game repeating you the rulles 20 times . They will be more to say but i will keep only that . Anyway it was a bad decision to come again and will be the last time .…

I was expecting something better but...The food was like canteen, weak and unappiling cockteils, the sunbeds at the beach are ugly, broken and old. The rooms are Ok, clean but all in all I didn’t like it too much!

Very good experience and very nice staff. I liked a lot the hotel,the animation team, the atmosphere in here, the entertainment programs and also the drinks. The people are very nice, the beach is great and we had a great week here. I recommend it. 😊
