Hotel is good for people who have a tight budget. Rooms themselves were renewed and clean, but the bathroom was very old and needs renovation. It was also not that clean (see pictures) and the whole bathroom was wet after showering. The silicone comes off the bath. Other negative points: - During our check in, the lady was not friendly and it seemed she hated her job - Not much parking (+paid parking) and parking is kinda far from main enterance => road to parking required - As mentioned by others, not enough elevators for 15 floors (long waiting lines) - Food was repetitive and not very healthy (often fry baked food and dry vegetables from days old) - Breakfast was not our thing - Dresscode would be Nice during dinner, people just sat their with their flipflops, crocs or swimpooloverwear at the tables - Not enough beds by the pool - Staff really DON'T care about corona: some wear masks, but if they do they never (except 1 person we saw) wear it properly above the nose. There are signs that guests should wear masks at the restaurant and lobby etc.and should disinfect their hands but literally no one does it but the staff also doesn't care - Cocktails with almost no alcohol - Sometimes noise in evening from loud people who are having a party Good points: Very good bed, fridge in room, modern rooms, not high in price, casino included in hotel, hotel is located not so far from beach. The personnel was professional, especially during these times, the rooms were clean, new towels and shower gels every day, the food was excellent and rich in variety, the pool very clean and nice, nice bar and friendly bartenders, it was near the beach(5min walk). The only downs would be the snack time wich lacked in options and that you had to pay for the parking space.

Stayed here for a week with my family. We absolutely loved it! The hotel is very clean and close to the beach, the food is nice and the staff is very polite and helpful. Yanko, from the bar, was especially very funny and always brought a smile on our faces. We would have loved to try the spa as well, but unfortunately, because of the pandemic, that wasn't possible. We might return next summer! :)

my first stay at this property on an all inclusive basis the hotel is beautiful, a small casino very coquette (bottom line: I won +/- 15% of all that I played), free WiFi,parking: 3.5 euro for 24 hours, Meals: very correct, the personal, very attentive and very kind, making everything to make the stay enjoyable The pool: not Olympic but nice, ice cream, cocktails and sandwich: when you want and as you want The rooms: I had magnificent views of black sea, kink size bead, lounge area with 32 "flat screen, two toilets, bathing with Jacuzzi, corner room have two balcony ;-) 3 minutes walk to "lot of souvenirs stores" promenade, 10 -12 minutes to the shore: water, food and souvenir (the upper souvenirs are same but chipper) The only thing I did not like: I had to ask twice for a vacuum in the room my conclusion: excellent quality-price, 4.5 out of 5…

Family, we have two children and in holiday time need silence , minimal worry ... ! here we found first : great stuff, kind and friendly I mention F&B Manager lady, bar and casino pleasant personal ! family room :large ,clean with great sea view , on the hill located, 5 minutes close to the beach area ! all inclusive food and bevereage : good and enough choises for all..tastes ! outside pool :clean ,good for kids bar and ice cream ,lifeguard present...supermarkets, restaurants all around !

2nd stay at Havana Hotel 🏨. Food very good and varied. swimming 🏊 pools clean and the lifeguard was a laugh . Rooms very clean and spacious. Staff mostly very pleasant. All inclusive very good deal.

We got a great deal for 4nights to this hotel in varna golden sands district Food was very good , not so many choices for vegeterians and no soya milk for people who don't like or who can't drink milk but overall the food was very tasty great ice cream for desert. Morning Staff was friendly night staff were not so much helpful Great view to the sea beautiful in the morning at sunrise. Fun show in the casino overall for the price got excellent value.
