Stay here during a snow storm. We were stranded at the airport and unable to reach out intended destination. The hotel sent a driver in a 4 wheel drive truck to get us from the airport to the hotel. They were very friendly and accommodating. Price was reasonable rooms were clean and staff was helpful.

I called the Grand from the airport and was pick picked up in the new van and taken to the hotel. I was travelling with a large ice chest with frozen food; the receptionist at the front desk took it and put it in the hotel walk in freezer. I was given a large room with a very comfortable bed....

Attended a conference at the hotel. Beds were very comfortable, rooms are big. Prices were reasonable, especially if you reserve online. Dining room was clean, food was good. Overall, good place to stay.

Stayed at the Grand Hotel for 3 nights in the middle of a 4 week tour. We've been to a lot of hotels/ motels and this was one of the nicest ones by far. It was built in the sixties and the south tower where we stayed was added in the 70's. It definitely has a feeling of a hotel...

Dried urine on the toilet seat and pubic hairs in the bathtub. Need I say more?? Unfortunately I can. A bathroom fan that sounded like a cargo plane and a microwave that worked intermittently sure didn't help the fact that nothing felt clean in our outdated room. Yippee for me, they took $10 dollars off my stay. There must be...

This hotel was not terribly handicapped accessible for staying in.The handicapped rooms were very small for wheelchairs. Incredible, VERY long sloped walk back and forth to the hotel lobby or to hotel functions. The shower head was an old metal variety that leaked really bad. There was water everywhere! Loud fan motor in the bathroom. We had to keep the...

Room is very nice, clean. Probably one of the nicer places I've ever stayed. We were there with a group so room wasn't outrageously expensive. Easy to find. Employees are pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our son had an early flight out of the Minot airport, so we decided to stay in town. Our room was conveniently located on the ground level so we could just walk in and out. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again! The pool and hot tub area are huge...next time we'll bring our suits!

I have had the pleasure of staying in the finest hotels throughout the world and although the Grand may not have the grandeur of a Ritz Carlton or a Four Seasons, I have never felt so at home and welcome as at the Grand. The housekeepers, the Primo Restaurant staff, and the front office were all 5 star. My kudos...
