We had a wonderful time at the West Coast Wilderness Lodge. It was beyond our expectations in every way, from the friendly and helpful staff, to the delicious food and the most amazing location and views. We did the 3 day Kayakers Dream package and added on an extra day. The one day kayak trip was spectacular. Our 2 guides...

The lodge is intimate and friendly to all guests. A great place for family gatherings. I have been here twice in the past 18 months. A beautiful location with stunning views all around. Staff are helpful and accommodate all requests if possible.

We recently took friends to dinner here and it was a great success. The food was well presented and delicious. Add the scenery and atmosphere of this place and you cannot but be impressed. The only downside is it is not open all year, closed for winter.

We had only one night at the West Coast Wilderness Lodge during our Sunshine Coast journey, and we ended up booking the lodge almost by fluke. We were looking for something close-ish to the Earls Cove ferry, but not too close to Sechelt either. Boy, were we happy when we pulled up the forested driveway of the property and went...

What a thrill! Rode through Skoocumchuk Narrows white water - twice! Kayakers enjoying the ride on the surf...amazing views of a waterfall, harbor seal colony ("Fat Boy" was hilarious) - and two humpback whales in Jervis Inlet!! We had just returned from an Alaska cruise but this zodiac ride was definitely number two on our score list! Kevin our guide...

Nice get away , great west coast view . Make sure to get a room with a view of Jervis Inlet. Take the 4 hour Zodiac trip up to Chatterbox Falls in Princess Louisa Inlet. Hike over to Skookumchuck Narrows to see rapids caused by 6 foot difference in water levels.

This place is a gem, and because it is tucked away in Egmont, I think many people miss it. It is in a beautiful location, and run by great staff. They have several types of rooms, and the views are amazing. The food is wonderful, and the menu is full of fresh items/

We had a wonderful lunch here but were unable to stay on this visit. I was unprepared for the view which is absolutely spectacular from the restaurant, inside and out. High above Skookumchuck Narrows, diners look over islands in the sound and at distant mountains. Just to the east is the famous standing wave that surfers and kayakers come from...

The West Coast Wilderness Lodge is well up BC's Sunshine Coast. Leading off will a short ferry ride to Langford (40 minutes) you continue on for about 86 kilometers of beautiful scenery to Egmont, BC. There are many opportunities to stop on the way with many great ocean views. Once close to Egmont, the lodge is a short distance away....

We stayed for 2 nights for a wedding. The views are spectacular, staff were excellent, food was great and rooms were clean & comfortable. There's wifi at the lodge and rooms but no cell coverage. Definitely take a Zodiac trip.
