What a hoot! Just spent two nights at the lodge - and enjoyed it immensely. Just understand, this is not the Ritz - very basic rooms designed for sleeping - ours had a neat covered deck and beautiful beach/ocean view - but they are not big. Bring your own food and beverages and get ready to relax. The kitchen facilities...

We just got back from two superb nights at Big Fish Lodge. Right on the beach, unbelievable kitchen facilities and bbq, tons of fridge space and fantastic breakfast! Bonnie is a great lady and we had a lot of fun chatting and eating together. It's got a real communal vibe that lends itself well to socializing with people in your...

Lucas and the staff at the Big Fish welcomed our big group, which included visitors from Europe, to a spacious and comfortable waterfront room and delicious breakfasts. The fire pit by the beach was awesome for evenings. Recommended for a Port Renfrew stay, we'll go back.

We stayed two nights in the Big Fish Lodge. The room had a view of the sea and the beach. It was clean, good bed and great staff. This is not a luxury hotel, but a place like home. It is a very relaxed atmosphere at the Lodge. Make your own food, grab a beer and have breakfast or dinner...

This Lodge is cozy and comfortable. Lucas is the host with the most, he is what makes the stay so inviting. Lucas cooks a mean breakfast, he spoils the guests in such a great way. Thank you for your hospitality!

The Big Fish Lodge is awesome, great common area to unwind after a long day on the water. Great kitchen facility to cook your own meals or bbq some freshly caught salmon. What makes this place is Lucas's hospitality, and outgoing personality. He makes a mean breakfast as well. Hope to back soon. Tight lines, Matt

Our room was very clean with a lovely view. A very relaxing lodge with a super host. Thank you Lucas for leaving the door unlocked for us when we rolled in so late at night. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy your hospitality and your cooking. Port Renfrew exceeded our expectations and we hope to be back soon....

We were treated like family!! Bonnie and Lucas are awesome. Our breakfasts were delicious !!! The relaxing atmosphere in the lodge and on beach in front was well needed. No tv!!! A game of pool with a drink in the evening was great and a rest in the hammock for two on the deck was perfect. Nice lil town too!!!

We stayed at Big Fish Lodge on the recommendation of another local business. We enjoyed our stay. Right on the water, had a nice walk on the beach. Lucas and Bonnie were very welcoming. Very relaxing and quiet place.

On a motorcycle trip, we ran out of daylight and gas in Port Renfrew. The owner of Big Fish Lodge offered us a great rate and amazing meals. The lodge itself is classy yet quaint and homey. A fantastic place to unwind. Great beach to walk on. Lucas is a fantastic Innkeeper. I highly recommend this place as a getaway....
