My wife and I traversed the Rock for 10 days and Abbots was our last B&B of the trip. The bar was set pretty high and they still managed to meet and exceed our needs and expectations. Our hosts were wonderful and very helpful with points of interest, directions and dining recommendations. The rooms was very comfortable and clean and breakfast was superb. The location is terrific and there are so many wonderful things to see and do in Bonavista and this B&B is a great base to do them from. Absolutely recommend this B&B!

Fantastic place. Well equipped and spotless. We stayed at the separate appartment from the main house. Quiet, comfortable and great owners. Central location for sightseeing. Skerwink trail is a absolute must hike.

Booking a place to stay online can be risky. You never know exactly what to expect. We were so pleased and delighted with our choice. Staying at Abbott’s B&B is like staying with family (the family you like). The accommodations were extremely clean, and that’s a big deal for me. The decor was a warm, cozy cottage feel, very inviting. We were provided with all the comforts of home. Our hosts were ‘super hosts’...friendly, informative, and genuinely warm and inviting. We were given a tasty, healthy and hearty breakfast every morning before we headed out on a daily adventure. We appreciated their hospitality. Our hosts and accommodations were 5 stars and certainly made our first visit (and not our last) to Newfoundland one we will remember forever. Thank you.

I wholeheartedly recommend everyone stay at Abbott’s B&B. The hosts Preston and Rowena are fantastic! They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They take attention to every detail and make your stay extremely enjoyable. The place is extremely clean and the yard is amazing offering a ton of privacy. Most impressive was how quickly and efficiently they got my charger that I had left behind mistakenly. They mailed it to me and I received it within 2 days. Overall you really can’t go wrong with a stay at the Abbotts’ home. I strongly recommend.
