A great lodge on the shores of a freshwater pond, complete with real animal skins and antlers, a wood-burning sauna, and great sunset view. Plus good sized, comfortable rooms. What more could you ask for?
The accommodations were excellent and the staff was a delight. The lodge rooms were rustic and a little small but very comfortable. The meals were delicious and focused on Newfoundland cuisine. The Atlantic salmon with a bake apple glaze was delicious.
