We only stayed here one night but enjoyed a quiet, restful visit in a well equipped motel unit that was very clean and reasonably priced. It is very close to all the action in Rocky Harbour but removed enough to seem all by itself. Lots...More
this one I have to share. Bayside Cabins, Lloyd's Lane, Rockey Harbour, NL. Centrally located in Rocky Harbour, excellent restaurants nearby, small deck with BBQ and fantastic view of Gros Morne, our one-bedroom cabin was perfect. In late May we sat on our deck enjoying...More
We were originally booked into motel but switched to cabin 3 due to construction....After our 3 day stay, it felt like home and we didn't want to leave and continue our trip. Everything was as one would expect...clean, quiet, fully equipped plus the price was...More
These cottages are located on the main street of Rocky Harbour, within close proximity of the 'main' stretch of Rocky Harbour where the restaurants and shops are located. The hosts were great. They were responsive prior to our visit and was around throughout the day...More
Wonderful cottage, very clean and had all the comfort of home. It's within walking distance to restaurants, little shops, craft stores. Office staff friendly and very helpful. I would certainly recommend.

Our main purpose to be there was to attend the 14 day Trails Tales and Tunes Festival, which was fabulous. We visited The Arches Provincial Park in Portland Creek, which was most interesting. I think they'd enjoy the Western Brook Pond Boat Tour (not opened yet when we were there, but I've done it before), there are lots of hiking trails around the area, which we enjoyed, Theatre Newfoundland Labrador (Cow Head) and of course Gros Morne National Park. We enjoyed the tour around Bon Bay and taking the water taxi to Woody Point. Must visit Norris Point. One restaurant we enjoyed with reasonable prices was Jackie's Restaurant in Rocky Hr. and Justin Thyme Bean and Bistro in Norris Point was one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten in. It's mussels are to die for. We of course spent most of our time at the Festival and we were 4 adults. I hope this is a little helpful.

"Fully furnished cabins...much better than a hotel room any day!"
