Check in went smoothly. Our room was small but comfortable. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was very good with served plates and some help yourself items. Yes, of course it's an old building so the creaky floors and stairs add to its charm! Enjoyed our stay.

Having visited Trinity a few years ago, we decided to return and book the Erikson Premises which came highly recommended. We had eaten there before and took a peek at the rooms. We booked a month prior to travel as everything is booked up well in advance during summer. Called with a question before leaving only to discover we had...

This a nice bed and breakfast, old well preserved building with noisy walls and floors.people were terrific, breakfast was good, nice gift shop on the main floor.I have to admit I am more of a hotel guy or cabin/cottage vs BB. So they also owned another property called Trinity square we stayed there the second night , it is most...

Erikson Premises owns 3 properties, we stayed at Erikson's. It was a beautiful building, with a little gift shop as part of the "lobby". The staff were very helpful, I booked this one on the phone. When we arrived there was a bit of a wait because many people were checking in at the same time. It was a Wednesday...

We stayed here for three nights in one of the King Suites. The room was very nice, and having a soak in the tub was lovely after a day spent walking around in the rain! The breakfast was substantial and homemade. The cost is comparable to other b & b's on the island.

My husband and I just got back from our vacation in St. John's and Trinity, Newfoundland. We spent two nights at the Erikson Premises in Trinity. We were lucky to get accommodations at the last minute, one night in Trinity Suites, a two bedroom apartment with ocean view, and one night in the Vicarage Suites. Both are part of the...

My husband and I visited Erikson premises last weekend for one night. I thought it was very clean and charming. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. This is the first time I stayed in a B&B so you can take this or leave it but I was a little bummed...

There's no doubt that Trinity has a certain ambiance not found elsewhere - it's like being in a time warp. The houses are from the 1900s and although some are new builds made to look old, others like the Bishop White lodge are showing their age. Upkeep is a nightmare and some things just don't work. Don't expect the same...

First, just a little note about Trinity if you haven't been before: it is very small and all the places to stay are convenient - location isn't a problem. This place really operates like a small hotel. We booked late and things were full but there was a luxury king suite at the Vicarage so we took it. A fabulous...
